Chocolate CakeFrancesco, whom most of you know from the blog, is one of my coaches and he is in town so I’m giving him a tour of LA.  Usually that means sitting in a stationary car staring at other cars. That’s your standard tour of Los Angeles.

We went to Beverly Hills and we sat in traffic. I said, “This is Beverly Hills. Take a look at. Keep looking. We’re still on the same block.”

A tour of Los Angeles usually means you forget most of what you saw because you’re so frustrated by the amount of traffic.  You can’t believe there’s so much traffic in one place. So what is this blog about?

It’s certainly not about traffic because I don’t really want to complain about traffic. It’s about addiction.

What are your addictions?  Let’s talk about this today, because I’m curious to see.  I have a clothing addiction.  I always have, since I was a kid. My mother used to take me shopping, and my grandmother did too.  They virtually turned me into clothing addict.

I actually enjoy it.  It’s an experience to me.  I like to go to a clothing store, I like to try things on, I like to walk around. I like to ask hot women what they think of my ass in these jeans. I like to build my wardrobe up.  I like things that are aged, worn, and vintage. I like finding the perfect pieces.  It’s always been an addiction to me, and it’s something that I truly enjoy.

It’s funny, I spend a lot of money a year on clothes and I end up giving away a lot clothes too every single year, because I also like to give. I don’t drink alcohol. I like to travel, and I like to do things to keep busy.

What’s your addiction? What are you addicted to? What do you crave? What do you want more than anything else?

Do you find it controls your daily life, or do you have it under control?

Is it chocolate, is it sex, is it adoration from men? Are you addicted to exercise, yoga or Pilates? How about your iPhone (that’s a big one)?

What is it?  What’s your addiction? Let’s talk about your addictions today. I’ll see you soon.
