It’s not easy seeing guys breezing around walking up to women, when you find it hard asking for a latte from the pretty girl serving in Starbucks. So how can you boost your confidence?

I’ve said it before, but the best way to boost your confidence is to get yourself out there and push yourself out of your comfort zone. There’s no tricks and no shortcuts. You just need to reprogram your mind, and ditch the negative thoughts you’ve practiced for so long.
