Today, I want everybody to vent.

I want everybody to get their anger out.

I think it’ll be good and healthy for all of you.

It’s holiday time — Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, Happy Chanukah, Happy Thanksgiving.

We can’t be happy all the time. As a matter of fact, sometimes we just can’t be happy until we vent in our life. So who do you hate? Who do you hate in your life and why?

Who pisses you more off than anybody else?

Who triggers you nonstop? Just being in the same room with that person makes your skin crawl.

Whose laugh, or voice, absolutely sends chills up and down your spine?

Who pisses you off more than anybody?

Who do you dread having to deal with?

Is it a boss?

Is it an ex you share kids with?

Is it a parent?

A brother? A sister?

A friend that may have wronged you?

Or is it me?

That was a joke. But anyway.

Who do you hate today? Who do you absolutely hate in your life? Who do you wish that you never had to deal with ever again?

Who brings you so much anger that, well, you just wish you could wrap them in plastic like Dexter did?

Today is vent day. Instead of always being so positive and everything else, let’s just vent today. Let’s get it out. To get the anger is healthy.

It’s healthy to vent. It’s healthy to get anger out. Keeping anger inside just causes you grief and stress and agony.

I know we’re meant to say everything is great and we love everybody but, let’s put it mildly, that’s not true. At all.

Who do you hate? Who pisses you off more than anything in this world? Let it out. Feel better. Let’s vent. Let’s scream in words and let’s just vent today, and make yourself feel better down below.
