I have a real treat for you today. I recorded a podcast which I was going to give you as a gift on New Years Eve. Thing is, I know most people go out “partying” that night, and this podcast is so important, I didn’t want any of you to miss it, so I’m letting you have it today!

We get one chance at life. How many years do you think you’ve lost by not doing or saying things you wanted to say? How many women could you have dated if you’d had the nerve to go and talk to them? What would your life be like right now, if you had taken every opportunity that had come your way?

My guess is it would be quite different. Now I don’t say any of this to upset you or to p#’s you off. I say it because I care, and because I want to motivate you to take action. 2013 is pretty much done. There’s no point in worrying about what has and hasn’t gone right for you this year. It’s time to stop waiting for things to happen, and to start making them happen. I’m tired of seeing you not living your full potential!

I came on here looking for relationship advice earlier in the year and found so much more, I just wanted to thank David Wygant, one life lesson that I took from this was... "In life we have bad moments and that is all they are, find the lesson in the experience and learn from it, then move on" I love to give advice when I can and help other people out, it feels good, exhilarating and liberating. Life your life, you should not care what other people think of you, an opinion is nothing more then an opinion. Be bold and step outside your comfort zone because if you don't, you will never truly live your life and before you know it you will blink and life will pass you by, time waits for no one. You want happiness, this is what it takes, you got to be fearless, strong, compassionate, have a spine and principles, appreciate who have in your life and to top it all off a sense of humour... Have a great 2014 everyone.

Love when people take my words out of context. I clearly state that monogamy has not worked for me.

And I clearly state that it does not work for a lot of people but I believe it can work with the right people and have seen many people happy and living healthy relationships.

I enjoy when people state there opinions here and welcome it, But please dont twist my words and listen to the whole message and not just react to one part without hearing all of it,

I am all about helping people find what works for them and whatever that truth is needs to be embraced and respected.
