Whether you’ve cheated or you’ve been cheated on, I’m going to explain to you today why cheating is actually bad for your health.

Andnot only your emotional health, but your physical health as well.

First , let’s define what cheating truly is.

Cheating is when you have any form of emotional or physical activity with another person besides the person you’re with.

There’s really 2 forms of cheating:

  1. There’s emotional cheating, where you’re getting the satisfaction emotionally from somebody else without the sex.
  2. And, there’s the obvious one that most people think about: is the physical form of cheating.

A kiss is cheating. But, so is a mushy exchange of emails.

There are some men I’ve met who have received blow jobs from women and they’ve literally said, “Well, that’s not cheating in a way. Cheating is when you have full blown sex.”

No, sorry to burst your bubble but cheating is emotional as well as physical.

And I’m not going to get into the morality of cheating. Obviously it’s not a nice thing to do, to say the least. And I’ve written plenty about that elsewhere.

But what you may not realize what cheating actually does to destroy your health.

Let me explain.

When you’re in a relationship that is not good, you’re actually in a relationship that’s bad for you, not only emotionally and mentally, but also physically.

I know when I was in a really horrendous relationship with somebody, I felt stress inside at all times. I was releasing cortisol, literally, non-stop.

I could feel stress on a daily basis. Coming home to that person, having to look at that person, having to talk to her and have conversations that went nowhere, all of it was stressful.

All that created a lot of stress and anxiety in my body.

And anytime we create stress and anxiety in our bodies, we’re actually creating cancer in our body.

It’s 100% true that stress can literally kill you.

Look at people who have been in terrible relationships (you may know a few). It’s almost like they age faster than anybody else.

Take a look at the President of the United States. The most stressful job in the world. And look at how every single man that has ever graced that office has literally aged in incredible fashion during the time that they were in office.

Obama left looking like he’d become 30 years older. Literally, look and you can see the grey hairs.

Stress causes so many things in your life that are not healthy for you.

Plus, when you’re cheating, you’re lying. You’re living a life that’s full of lies. There’s zero authenticity in your life.

When you’re cheating on somebody, you’re actually disrespecting them, and disrespecting yourself. Cheaters are basically people who can’t face the truth. I put cheaters in the same category as I put liars: the lowest of form of human being imaginable.

And if you look, most of them are destructive people who engage in many other habits that are not good for the mind, body or soul.

When you live with that stress, you actually cause your body to break down, so you’ll get more colds.

You’ll get sick easier.

And you’ll rapidly age, because you’re so afraid to really be truthful to yourself and the relationship, and you’re disrespecting another person along the way.

I’ve always found cheaters the weakest people on the planet.

So please, if you can’t at least be a fucking man or woman and be completely authentic (which you should already be doing anyway), this is just another reason to not cheat.

Do your health a favor: get raw and honest about why you’re doing things, and watch the health and wellness come back, as if by some form of magic.
