How come when some people run into adversity in their life they fall to pieces, while others pick themselves up and come back stronger than ever?

What’s the difference between those who constantly find themselves stressed and frustrated with life, and those full of energy and enthusiasm no matter what?

The difference is MINDSET!

Mindset is everything. Have any of you ever tried losing weight? Obesity is a huge issue in the U.S, and I’ve seen so many interviews with people who do nothing but yo-yo diet, it makes my head spin. The reason they yo-yo diet like they do, is because they have the wrong mindset. They don’t have the willpower or the motivation to stick to a diet.

Someone who wants to start their own business, but never does because they’re scared of failure, smashes their chances of ever making a success of themselves because of their self-limiting beliefs. What we believe, what we think, and the mental strength we show is what directs our life. A weak mindset can literally cripple you. It’s so important to look after your mental strength and mindset.

In this video I look at coping with life’s ups and downs. How do you cope with adversity in life? Do you collapse for weeks when things go wrong, or do you get up, dust yourself down, and keep going?
