The exploration of yourself is interwoven with the unfolding of every day life.

Life has it’s natural ups and downs.

The people that can really adapt to ups and downs, are people that are able to do what? Have lots of personal growth and change.

And success.

The people who can’t deal with the ups and downs of life, they create and continue to have personal fears that plague them every day.

This all comes to down to how we really view the word, “change”.

Letting go and embracing changeWhat is your definition of change? Is it something that your ex forced upon you to be a better man?

Or do you view change as something that you face day to day.

The fact is, every single day we need to change. We’re constantly evolving as beings.

And change is the very nature of life.

Here’s something I’m going to say, and it’s something that’s going to really resonate with you.

If you are in one of the ‘I can’t’ clubs.

I can’t approach a woman because I don’t have the tools.

I can’t approach a woman because I’m too short.

I can’t approach a woman because I’ve failed before.

I can’t have a better job because this seems to be my life.

You are somebody that has a lot of fear, and you don’t like change. What happens is, you actually create a world around that is very predictable, controllable, and definable.

Your comfort zone.

You probably have a schedule, what we call a safe schedule. Every day, you do the same thing at about the same time.

You wake up every morning the same.

You have the same cup of coffee, and the same breakfast.

You go to work the same way every single day.

You leave at the same time every single day to avoid any traffic or anything that might ruin your drive home.

You go to the gym at the same time, you eat the same type of dinners, and you basically watch the same TV shows over and over again.

You’re somebody that is afraid of life, afraid of change, so you live inside of a box, a box that protects you from the fear of changing.

Your weekends are basically the same over and over again.

See, fear is just a thing.

It’s just another object in the universe that you’re capable of experiencing.

You can do one of two things with fear.

You can either recognize that you have it and work on it, and you can release it. Or you can be a prisoner of fear. You can keep it and try to hide from it in your day-to-day life.

People who don’t deal with fear don’t understand it. They end up keeping their fear in trying to prevent things from happening that would stimulate it.

You form this protective bubble around you because fear is the thing you don’t want to do. When forced to do something that you don’t like, you’ll try it once and then you’ll allow the fear to take over.

You’ll find a reason why something did not work and you’ll go back to day to day life, the day to day life that has served you well for so long. The comfort zone.

I want you to look at your life right now. I want you to take a look at your job.

How much fear do you bring with you at work? Are you somebody that’s afraid of conflict because conflict is fear. Conflict to me actually means change.

The more conflict in your life the more change that’s going to happen, because once you work with conflict and you walk through the fear you’re going to be able to do what with it?

Have that conflict gone forever.

How many of you go out every Friday and Saturday night and have the same results over and over again. You try a little bit, you might approach a woman, you might go out on a date. The same result happens and you go back to the land that you are in right now, a fear based land, a safe land, your own protected box.

In order to make changes, in order to grow and learn, in order to become an involved human being. You need to recognize fear every single day and you need to walk through that fear. You need to understand that being safe in your safe little world is not going to ever make you have changes.

Don’t fear change. Change is something that we do every day.

Take a look outside the window right now. What are the leaves doing right now? They’re changing. Do they fear failure? No. They change every single fall because that’s what they do and that’s what they were programmed to do, to embrace it.

And then comes spring. They’re programmed to open up, even on cold days the little buds still stay alive, the little buds still come out.

And that’s how you have to look at it. Life is full of cycles, no different than the weather, no different than the seasons.

And you have to know that every day there’s another change in the seasons. You need to change your weather. Don’t be afraid of letting the leaves fall because there’s always new growth underneath. Change is always for the better.
