I get asked this question so many times: Is it better to run with a wing?
Every time someone asks me this, all I can picture is this giant chicken wing dripping with buffalo sauce running around next to them. I picture them constantly having to clean off their shoes from all the buffalo sauce that is dripping off their wing.

You always hear the saying, “Get out of your head,” but a lot of people don’t know what that really means or how to do it. I get asked all the time how to do this.
The way I do it is really easy. I happen to have been born with a zipper on my skull, so all I have to do is peel back my toupee, unzip the back of my head, and crawl out (usually feet first). It’s a really interesting phenomenon to watch me, because I’ll just be there laying on the ground and then all of a sudden I’ll whip my toupee off, unzip my head and crawl right out.

So, you find yourself feeling a bit alone and all your friends are married. You go to wedding after wedding and, of course, your friends’ wives come up to you and say, “When are YOU going to get married?”
You go to your first dinner party, and most of your friends — the ones who used to go out drinking with you a few years ago — are married and looking at you as the lone single guy. You’re like the Lone Ranger all by yourself.

Today I’m going to share with you something that all of you need to have. You all need to have your Habooo Moment.
What is a “Habooo Moment?”

Have you ever approached someone and talked to them, and felt like they gave you a weird look when you did it? I think most of that is in your head.
You know, not too many people ever give that kind of weird look………

Do any of you have your mom’s voice going through your head? Let me tell you something. I grew up Jewish, so there was always that Jewish guilt. Of course, for those of you who are Catholic or Italian (and some other ethnic and religious groups), I know you can relate to this kind of mom guilt.
