It would be pretty amazing if we could feel grounded and happy every single day. But the real question is, would a life of happiness everyday be realistic?

I strongly believe that we need our daily struggles in order to grow and evolve. Our struggles with people, whether it’s someone you’re dating or an ex, or the people you work with, help us to overcome some of life’s biggest obstacles. If life were just happy 24/7, we’d all be walking around like little children. When we were kids that’s how we were every single day. We were grounded because we had our own little worlds. Most of us were lucky enough not to have the same worries adults had, and we had our own little rooms.

Ever walk into a kid’s room?

The Key To Happiness

It’s like a magical kingdom. As an adult, we have a room with pictures we’ve got on the walls neatly placed. We have lamps on our bed stand. We have a few books that we like to reach for. Most things in our room are pretty neat. But when you go to a kids room… Ahh, you really get grounded and happy.

Every corner is another adventure. There are Disney toys. There are books. There are games. There are stuffed animals begging to come to life. The kids room is a magical place. It’s a magical kingdom and it’s one of the most beautiful places in the world. It’s where a kid can go and become grounded and happy all the time. We didn’t become these neat freaks until we actually got out of college.

I have some magical places that I am going to share with you in today’s video. Magical places that make me feel grounded and really happy. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not happy every single day. I go through emotional pain like the rest of you. I go through things that I need to figure out just like the rest of you.

But, there’s a magical place that you can go to everyday to check back in and realize the life is an beautiful magical journey. Maybe we don’t have the room that we used to have as a kid. It might be a cave we have, a knitting room, or a pottery room. I shot today’s video when I was in my magical place. I wanted to share with you some of these thoughts. I want you to have the ability to reconnect back to the power of yourself, while you go through the process of trying to find that amazing love in your life.
