What the heck is an "adult adolescence?!"  In this first Volume, I introduce you to what your adult adolescence is all about . . . and why you are experiencing it right now!

I take you though my own personal journeythrough my own adult adolescence, and share with you some of my most personal stories, my biggest lessons, and all of the biggest moments -- highs and lows -- that I experienced during this time in my life between age 22 and 32.
