Right now, I want you think of reasons why you can, instead of reasons why you can’t. I want you to look at all of the things in your life that you say you can’t do.

I want you to write them down right now.

What are the things in life that you can’t do?

Now, I want you to write down all of the reasons why you can’t do these things? You know, you don’t have enough time.

You’re not strong enough.

You’re not good at communicating.

What ever it might be, write down all of your reasons.

Then, I want you think of reasons why you can. I want you to think about how your life will change if all of the sudden you think of all of the reasons why you can do something, instead of can’t do something.

We’re always going to have excuses, life is full of them. Every single day, there is an excuse to not get something done.

It drives me nuts. I’m dealing with somebody now who comes up with an excuse every single week not to get something done.

First it was Thanksgiving.

Then it was the holidays.

Then it was New Years.

Then it was something else, and now we’re in another excuse. Oh, give me the whole week?

This person that I have been dealing with has had three months to get something done, because you know what? They think of all of the reasons why they can’t get it done, because they don’t want to get something done, and that to me, honestly, is a loser.

I hate to put it bluntly, but a loser decides that they can’t get things done.

A loser avoids things.

It’s loser mentality. Loser mentality is to avoid the outcome that was coming anyway.

When you avoid an outcome, or you avoid things, you start taking in the loser mentality.

When you have loser mentality, what happens is nothing gets done. The things that need to get done don’t get done.

The excuses keep piling up, and what happens is detention starts coming in, the stress. Because, the more you think about why you can’t do something, the more stressed out you get.

You see, all of you here that are reading me right now have a winner mentality. You want to make those changes in life. You want to become that strong, dynamic, powerful person that you always believed you could be.

So start thinking of reasons why you can. I know some of them will be major challenges, but you’ll break through this. Think about all of the reasons why you can get something done. Concentrate on something positive, instead of the loser mentality negative.
