If you let it, fear can completely control you.

It takes all the juice out of life, and stops you experiencing life to it’s fullest. How many opportunities have you missed out on because you let fear get the better of you?

So how do you get over your fears?

The real question is, do you really need to? Accepting fear is a part of life is the first step to getting over your fears. And just like actors use stage fright, you can actually use fear to motivate you into action.
