Go ahead, GMO yourself to death.

I’ve heard over and over again, people always ask me, how do you stay so young, David?

You’re 55 years old. How do you look so young?

Have you had work done?

You must work out all day long?

What is the magic formula?

Well, I can tell you, it’s pretty fucking simple folks.

I knew when to quit things that no longer were good for me.

I had a habit of eating too much dairy the first 30 years of my life. I was literally nicknamed diarrhea Dave.

It was ripping me to pieces.

I was eating too much junk, too much gluten. I was literally probably in flames from the inside out.

Which, by the way, most of you are pretty damn inflamed and don’t even know and don’t even know how much damage you’re actually doing to your bodies on a daily basis.

Once I started learning how to eat better, I started feeling better.

But it took time. I still had sugar cravings.

I still had alcohol cravings.

And I just slowly started eliminating things.

I don’t drink alcohol. As a matter of fact, if I never had another drink of alcohol again for the remainder of my life, I’m pretty happy. I find no use for it. I don’t need to go and stimulate my mind, relax, unwind, have a glass of wine. I don’t any of that stuff. My mind is already stimulated from life and being present.

So I quit drinking.

And then I slowly started eliminating things that are proven to be bad for you, processed sugar. Yeah, that’s right. That white cane sugar. For any of you that have a teaspoon a day in your coffee.

For any of you who eat cereals, for any of you who have drinks, it’s all pure cane sugar.

None of that is good for you.

I recently did a podcast with Eddie Palmer about this, and you need to listen to it. It’s linked right here.

People ask me all the time, and they just wonder all the time how I can just look this way. Is it your daily workout.

I don’t work out that hard.

I work with my trainer Eddie two days a week.

And that’s the only time I touch weights.

I do cardio probably four days a week and stretch the other three. I’m stretching on a daily basis.

It’s what I eat, folks. I do collagen.

I try to get a lot of sleep.

I drink a lot of water.

I limit my sugar to pretty much none.

I read ingredients. My girlfriend calls me the investigator.

I will read every ingredient. I will avoid things that have added sugar. I’m sorry, but if you’re going to put red sauce on your vegetable ratatouille, you don’t need to have added sugar.

I try to eliminate added all the time. There’s no reason for it.

If I’m going to have something sweet, I make sure it’s organic. I make sure that it’s sweetened with things that are natural ingredients.

Its that simple. When I have chocolate, I don’t eat a Snicker’s bar. I have stevia sweetened pure cocoa.

When I have a smoothie, I make sure that there’s no added honey or agave or any of that stuff in there.

And I eat organic as much as I possibly can.

Organic foods are good for you. GMO foods are going to kill you.

Go ahead. Eat the Quaker foods. Eat the bad bars.

Eat the bread that has GMO in it and watch what happens.

You may not notice it. You might have a good metabolism. You might be able to burn through it. But most people eventually gain weight from it.

And it’s not even just the weight gain, it’s the inflammatory markers that are in your body. I take turmeric every single morning. And the turmeric actually is really good for you. I’ve got a great supplement regimen. But the inflammatory markers that you don’t know that’s going on inside your body, that’s what slowly killing you .

That’s what slowly giving you diabetes two. That’s what slowly raising your blood pressure. That’s what slowly giving you cholesterol. You’re slowly dying inside. You can take my word for it, or you could start doing some research. Go ahead. Google GMO foods.

Google the effects on cane sugar and white sugar on your body.

Google the effects on alcohol in your body.

It’s a serious thing, folks.

And you know what? Some of you will say to yourself, “What am I going to do? I’ve got such a sweet tooth.”

Yeah, have some fruit.

Eat something that’s sweetened differently.

It’s just a chemical in your brain that the sugar actually hits, it makes you crave it.

Just giving you a heads up, folks. Life is meant to be lived young and free and healthy.
