With Valentine’s right around the corner…

It’s time to start planning.

And I’ve got the best Valentine’s day gift ever.

It’s by far the most creative gift you will do, and there are two versions of it depending on where you’re at in your relationship.

First off, I want you to forget about all the ridiculous presents and all the things that you can buy, because we just had Christmas.

We don’t need to buy more stuff.

Valentine’s Day is a made-up day, so make up a great memory that will make him or her feel wonderful.

Option #1

Here’s option number one, and this is if you’ve just been dating for a short period of time.

It’s cold in the majority of the country.

And who doesn’t love a picnic?

So what do you do?

You set your entire house or apartment up like its an outdoor park.

I’m not telling you to bring in the park bench or bring some squirrels in and let some rabbits loose.

But what you do is you literally light candles all over the apartment.

Which leads to making sure the candles and the rose petals lead to a specific room.

That’s right: you’re going to have rose petals that lead to a specific room, and when they get into that room, there’s going to be a picnic blanket, more candles and a fantastic picnic on the floor.

You’re literally going to bring back summer in a magical night, and you’re going to have a romantic night at home. Its a beautiful, creative Valentine’s Day. One that they will remember for a long, long time.

Option #2

This is if you’ve been dating a long time.

A treasure hunt. Who doesn’t love a treasure hunt?

You’ll tell them that you have a surprise for them for Valentine’s Day.

And what you’ll do is you’ll start taking pictures of things, places they need to go.

All leading to one magical place.

You’ll take a picture and tell them to be somewhere at 4:30. They’ll show up at 4:30 at the corner of third and main at Starbucks.

You’ll tell them to text you when they get there.

You’ll send them another picture of where they need to go next. So all of a sudden, they go down the street.

When they get there, they’ll text you again and you’ll send them another picture. You’ll send them the picture of the outdoor of a hotel.

They’ll get to the outdoor of the hotel and you’ll send them another picture. The elevator.

They’ll go to the elevator and get in the elevator and you’ll text them another picture of the third floor.

They get off the third floor, they tell you that they’re there.

And you’ll text them the outside of the door, room 304.

The door will be wide open.

And inside will be waiting a bubble bath.

Flowers.

Candles.

And a beautiful, romantic night with room service and everything for the couple that has been spending way too much time with their kids.

Not enough time alone reconnecting.

And needing that romance.

Both options are fantastic depending on who you’re dating and how long you’ve been dating. But the bottom line is, Valentine’s Day is all about creating a memory.

Those, to me, are the two best Valentine’s Day gifts you can do, and I wanted to bring them to you early so you can start planning.
