This is amazing!

It’s a video of an 85-year-old woman dancing her heart out. You’re never too old to live. Today’s video proves it.

Check out this incredible senior citizen and her rockabilly dance moves in South Beach, Miami.

Every day I get e-mails from people complaining about their life. Talking about how they only wish their life can be a certain way.

Whenever I do a boot camp or a seminar, I’ll always have somebody in their 40s or 50s look at me and say, “I wish I did this 10 years ago or 20 years ago.” Or, “I wish I was as young as that guy when I started doing this, becoming more evolved and more open. I’m sick of all the years I’ve wasted.”

The beauty of life is that every single day you can unwrap it and start fresh. Think about it, it’s almost like Groundhog Day over and over again. Every day when you wake up, you have a clean slate to do it all over again.

I know a lot of us live in the past. We love to be historians about our life and think about all that’s gone wrong to lead to the point where you’re at right now.

The reality of life is that it can start fresh every day, that’s the whole point of a brand, new day. U2 has a song called, “Brand New Day.”

You get a new opportunity to do anything you want. Change is something that you can embrace every single day.
What I love about life is that there’s no timeline for anything. You’re never too old to love, you’re never too young to dance, you’re never too old to laugh, and you’re never too young to screw up. The beauty of life is it enables you to screw up every single day and start fresh. The beauty of life is the lessons that you can learn every day.

When I was in South Beach over the weekend with my brother, I saw something that absolutely made my jaw drop. I saw a woman, probably about 85 years old, with her band…that’s right, her band. I think the youngest member of the band must have been about 70. She had on a pair of sneakers, Sketchers I believe.

She was dancing. She was on Lincoln Road Mall in South Beach and she was dancing. She wasn’t in her head, like so many of you are when you try to talk to the opposite sex. She was just letting it all hang out, literally. Wearing a housedress and dancing. She had a crowd around her. People were videoing it.

It was really cool to watch. She never really looked up. She looked down at the ground, looked at her feet and just danced to the music of her band mates. They were all just there in the moment, and they didn’t care what anybody else thought or what anybody else did.

They were there just to live and have fun. Who knows, maybe some of them had lifelong dreams of being the ‘Rolling Stones’. Maybe the woman who was dancing in her 80s always wanted to be a professional dancer. She never let the dream die.

It’s never too late to live life. I want you to watch this video, and I want you to pass this video on to as many people as you can. This video will literally inspire you to do whatever is on your mind. Live life as if it’s your last day, and dance like no one is watching. I remember that quote from a Don Lehrman graduation speech I think at Northwestern University.

Check out this woman. Watch her dance. Watch her move. Tell me how you feel inspired by her.
