Imagine having an amazing relationship.

What does that look like to you? What does an amazing relationship look like to you? I want you to think about that and I want you to write it down after you read this post.

Seriously, write it down after you read this.

Every great relationship has a certain dynamic to it.

A recent Harvard study that has been going on for 85 years states that the people who live the longest have healthy, harmonious, loving relationships in their lives.

Whether they’re relationships with friends, family members, husband or wives, or kids. The key to living a long life is to have healthy relationships.

I want you to think for a second about how it feels inside your body when you have turmoil with somebody that you’re involved with.

Think about a person in your life that you had a non-harmonious relationship with, where you weren’t able to communicate well. Where you weren’t being heard.

Feel that. Conjure up that feeling. How does it feel in your body?

You can feel the stress start to build. The anxiety builds in your chest, the lump in your throat, that creepy crawly feeling that you get throughout your entire body.

We’ve all had those types of relationships.

Maybe there is somebody in your life, like an ex that you still have to deal with because of children, that you have this dynamic with now.

It’s not healthy.

That’s why I decided to come up with a video that would give you six quick tips to have healthy, loving relationships in your life, because that’s all that really matters.

Maybe you have trouble communicating with your boss or your ex-wife or ex-husband.

You can use these tips to repair and build a positive relationship with them.

Hint, it’s all based on great communication, and being heard.

I tried to get rid of all of the relationships in my life that no longer serve me.

I’ve been on this authentic, honest kick for a while. There are some people who don’t want to hear it. They don’t like what I have to say. Because they liked things the way they were, or they didn’t want changes, or they had their own agenda.

There is nothing you can do about that.

Harmonious, loving relationships are the key to happiness and health.

Watch this video. Watch it whether you’re single, in a relationship, or looking for a relationship. Because all we have is the way that we get along with one another, and I’m talking about in the real world, not on Facebook, Snapchat or Twitter.

Watch and see how to have beautiful, harmonious, loving relationships on a daily basis.
