The magic pill philosophy — swallow this and your life changes instantly!
Do you really think that by watching one video, getting some advice on how to meet women, make money, whatever, that suddenly your life will change? I’m going to share with you the secret right now to how life really changes.

I want to go over something today that I was thinking about.

As I was driving around, I was watching this building being built.

It was pretty amazing. It has taken quite some time.

AsI was driving down the road and moving over to another lane to avoid a pothole. I’ve been doing this for weeks and I’m thinking to myself, why does it take so long to fix the hole in the road?

A friend of mine was thinking about going back to medical school at the age of 40. He was successful in many ways, but he has this passion for being a doctor and traveling the world as a doctor in third-world countries.

I told him it’s a long ride, and he said “that’s okay.”

How many of you are okay with the long ride of life?

Think about it. When you travel from state to state, no matter how quickly you want to get there, there’s a long road ahead of you.

The football season is 16 games, but it starts in July when they start prepping for the season.

Baseball is 162 games. Spring training starts in February and baseball doesn’t end until November. There’s conditioning throughout the year too. Nothing ever ends. Yet so many people want to become powerful, super successful, unstoppable, and they want to do so as quickly as possible. It’s the mentality in today’s culture.

A lot of people feel like there’s a magic pill. If they swallow it, life will magically change.pill

But, as the Beatles said, “it’s a long and winding road.”

When I was in my 20’s I desperately wanted to be older, successful, have money. Then I look back on it and think to myself, “I wish I was back in my 20’s.” I was broke and ignorant. I was getting laid, having a great time, drinking, having fun, not worried about a thing. Didn’t have a business to run, mouths to feed, people to pay.

So many of us want to be where we’re not. So many of us would love to just swallow that magic pill and life just changes, instantly. But in reality, it’s always the journey that we ignore. Wherever you are in life is exactly where you are meant to be.

Wherever you are right now, is exactly where you’re supposed to be. However you are, is exactly how you’re supposed to be.
But the cold, hard reality is that there is no magic pill in life. There’s nothing we can swallow right away, nothing that’s going to make everything perfect now.

Unless of course you think of life as a corn kernel. Or a corn seed.

In today’s video, I’m actually in a cornfield. That’s right, I actually saw this cornfield on the side of the road and got inspired to share something with all of you.

Inspiration comes from different places in my brain. And today I used this cornfield as an analogy to get you to start thinking about the long road ahead called “life.”

There’s no magic pill for life. Because if there was, we’d all swallow it and instantly we’d become whoever we want to be. All our problems would disappear.

All our issues would become nil.

Check out today’s video, and check out how I use a cornfield to prove a very important point for all of our lives.
