I’ve posted a video below that I want you guys to watch. It’s an exaggeration of what your fears and anxieties actually do to you. It shows how easy it is to lose control when you let fear take over. Once you let those monkeys in your head start chattering, it’s hard to shut them up. So here’s what I want you to do when you start to feel those fears kicking in…

1. BREATHE!

2. Remember, the outcome really doesn’t matter. It’s about having fun and enjoying the moment.

3. Think about this video and remember how silly anxiety can be. When you realize that, you’ll be able to start laughing at anxiety and that’s the first step to beating it.
