I’m going to be blunt today with all of you who are in relationships.

Those who crave a relationship.

Those of you who have just ended a relationship.

The most powerful relationship is one without fear.

I’m going to repeat that again, because I want you to read it. As a matter of fact, I’m going to write it three times.

The most powerful relationship is one without fear.

I’m going to write it again, and the next time I write it I want you to read it to yourself three times.

The most powerful relationship is one without fear.

Right now, look at your life. Either you’re in a relationship or you’re not.relationship

If you’re in one, you crave that relationship to be as amazing as possible. You want to go to places with your current partner that you’ve never been before. You want to love like you never have before.

You want to feel things you’ve never felt before. You want to communicate like you’ve never communicated before.

If you’re not in a relationship, you’re out there dating and you’re out there swiping and meeting. You’re out there swiping, meeting, and trying to meet the love of your life.

You’re trying to cultivate the most powerful relationship. But here’s the only way a relationship will ever work. A relationship will only work if you go into it absolutely fearless.

Yes, I’m sure fears are going to arise. They always do in all aspects of our lives.

But the most powerful relationship is one without fear.

If you’re afraid to ask a girl out, you’ll never know what might have happened.

If you’re afraid to kiss her, same thing.

If you life younger women, or older women and you’re afraid to be honest about it, you’re never going to go out with the women you really want.

Emotions are not wrong. Including fear. It’s okay to feel fear, but never let it hold you back.

In fact, as soon as you feel fear for something, go right at it. Embrace it.

Fear is only you, trying to keep you safe. You have to let yourself know that it’s okay, you understand there’s an element of danger, but you want to go forward anyway.

When you have something you need to talk to your partner about, if you fear it, then the anxiety around having that conversation starts to build. And when that anxiety starts to build, you can’t have that conversation.

Or when you do it comes out all frustrated and wrong. They take it the wrong way.

The only way to have a real, loving, honest, nurturing, caring, amazing relationship is to have one with no fear. When things arise, you need to bring them up without fear.

When you’re feeling something, you need to be able to talk about your feelings without wrapping them in fear.

When you desire intimacy or sex at a different level than your partner, you need to bring it up without fear.

Relationships based in fear most times, never get anywhere. However, some of them go on forever and ever. Some people have them for 20 or 30 years. I know I’ve repeated this a lot. But here is where I’m going to end that. Here, right now.

You need to have no fear of what you’re feeling.

You need to be true to your feelings every single day. You need to have no fear about who you are. You need to have no fear about what you want, what you desire, who you are and what you’re willing to stand for in a relationship.

Because the fear starts within.

If you’re not honest and forthright with yourself, then you’re going to bring that fear into all relationships.

The most beautiful relationship is to have a fearless one with yourself. Once you’re fearless with yourself, you can be fearless with the person you love.
