Penn State Worthington Scranton is bringing in an expert to set things straight on Valentine’s Day.
David Wygant’s “What’s Your Excuse” dating seminar will be held at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in the K. Bruce Sherbine Lounge in the Study Learning Center. The event is free and open to the public.
Recognized as a dating authority, Mr. Wygant has impacted the lives of thousands with his books and audio courses, public-speaking engagements, one-on-one coaching and media appearances. For more than nine years, he has served as an adviser and connector to actors, celebrities, multi-millionaires and everyday people on how to meet “that special someone.”
“The most common problem with dating today is that a majority of people passively wait for love to fall into their lap,” Mr. Wygant said. “By doing absolutely nothing to increase your chances of getting dates, you actually decrease your chances.”
The seminar is a cross between a dating workshop, a talk show and a game show. Mr. Wygant has appeared on more than 1,200 radio shows across the nation and has been seen on Dateline NBC, CBS Early Show, ABC News, Inside Edition and MTV’s Made. |
