You Gotta Walk The Walk And Talk The Talk

Life is just such a funny perception. I was sitting at home the other night watching some show on restoring a 65 Chevy Chevelle. It was kind of cool actually.
Then a commercial came on. You know, with late night television you really don’t have a lot of great choices unless you’ve recorded something. If you start recording a lot of stuff late at night, you really are a television addict.
Anyway, there was a commercial on for Time Warner. Someone built a real estate office and they called in someone from Time Warner to talk about their business.
So who comes over from Time Warner? It’s a well-dressed guy in a suit who comes in and shakes the business owner’s hand.
I’m thinking to myself, “How come this guy never shows up to my house when I call for someone from Time Warner to come over?” I get the sweaty guy who shows me his butt crack, and basically tells me they can’t fix something.
Where’s the guy in the suit? I want him to be hooking up my Internet!
It’s funny in life how companies represent themselves publicly, and then how they do so in person. So many companies don’t walk the walk. So it’s really interesting how important it is to not just talk the talk, but walk the walk.
Now the question back at all of you.
When it comes down to dating do you walk the walk and talk the talk?
It’s all about taking accountability for your actions and words you speak. It’s all about owning EVERYTHING you do and committing to what you say.

no I always give advice to people about girls but i hardly do them myself.
Until I started getting into teachers like you, David, I didn’t even know what the walk was and what the talk was.
Now, about a year after divorcing the wife I married too young, I’m applying the walk and the talk… I’m not to the point where I can pick up any girl in a bar – but I can get interest, generate attraction, and have built in about 6 months a number of connections with beautiful women! I can say the the walk and the talk had to be learned, internalized, practiced, and I can see a time not too far off where I’m the guy everyone wants at their parties, and gatherings. I will have my pick from one of these beauties!
For me, kind of old fashion educated guy, I mean what I say something.
I try to not promise what IDK for sure I can even do it, because most of the things you promise might depend more of things outside of your control.
However, yes, I’m with you David about today, it is hard to find people with value behind their words.
And if you find it, you will find a person that is love all around him/her, it is a successful person in many levels of life.
And about relationship, some woman might love you, feel attracted to you, or NOT at all, but all of them will respect you, admired you, and as a minimum want to be around you, because you set the difference.
For me, I am not a Marathoner about walk my walk at professional level with women, no way!, far yet.
But I’m getting into the mindset every single day, getting exciting results. Learning like mad man.
Even more important than my meal sometimes.
I need to get this handle deep to the natural way, like breathing. And it will be a finish chapter and get into another.
