If you have negative thoughts and say that you can't do something, then you can't. The more you say it, the more you believe it. Conversely, if you have positive thoughts, then eventually, you'll be able to accomplish the things you set out to do. I think that how you perceive yourself really does affect how others see you. If you are confident in yourself, other people will pick up on that. Confidence and positivity are sexy. Attitude is everything.
