I'm seriously convinced that saline implants give women refund gaps and they scream, "look at me, I have big fake refund gap tits!" ha ha ha I am 5'8", small frame and have 375CC silicone implants. They look so natural it's insane (mine cost $6,000). It's important to choose a plastic surgeon who is more concerned with helping a woman feel more natural than making her look like a freak. Oh and I agree with the fact that pay for what you get. I had lasik eye surgery a couple years ago for $4,000. No one should be spending $500 on their lasik or $500 for their breast implants.
