I was thinking about something on the plane that I wanted to share with all of you.
There is a certain exercise that I have all of the men and women I coach do. It’s in both my Men’s and Women’s Mastery Series.
It is: what image do you outwardly project to the world? What do other people think of you?
Ask five people what they think about you. What type of energy do you convey? What type of confidence do you convey? What do you look like? How do you dress? Ask five people all of these things. (more…)
If you’re a woman, how do you know when a man is attracted to you? Are you a woman who believes that if a man doesn’t approach you that he is not interested in you?
Do you know that a LOT of men have trouble approaching women? A lot of men suffer from a disease they call “approach anxiety” (although I call it “self-inflicted torture!”)

Do you want to get an idea of if a woman is attracted to you?
Many guys pay too much attention to body language – if she’s holding her arms this way… Many guys are looking for signs from her body language, but they aren’t leading with their own bodies.
You have to lead with your body. For instance, let’s say you’re out on a date with a woman and you’re talking. If you lean back in your chair, she’s going to lean back into hers – usually people mimic each other’s body languages. (more…)
Do you really wish that there were a shortcut in life for everything?
The other day someone told me that he wanted to get into my business after he listened to me talk about how I struggled for the first few years of my career. He told me he wanted to get into the business, and I asked him why.
He answered, “because I need to make money.” This is hardly the business to get into if you want to make money. You’re a nobody. What’s your platform? What do you stand for? Who are you?
That’s the funny thing about it – so many of us are all about instant gratification. You need to make money right away? Are you that short on cash? Well, get a job! Rob a bank! (more…)
I woke up this morning next to a beautiful woman and had these thoughts to share with you.
Think about this: there’s a woman that you’re friends with and she convinces you to go on a blind date. How many times has that happened?
Or, your woman friend is throwing a party, and she says that all of her good-looking friends are going to be there. You go to the party, and you look around, and you say to her, “well where are all of your good-looking friends?” and she says, “they’re all here!”
This biggest clue that men can take from this is that women basically think all of their friends are beautiful. That’s what they do: they look from the inside out – while men look from the outside in.
This is something that men don’t grasp. If you look at the way women think about their friends, you might not find them appealing, but women find them incredibly sexy and beautiful.
Basically, it’s the same exact thing when women look at a man. You can never compare yourself to other guys, because women will look at you from the inside out. They don’t know that they’re attracted to you until they meet you. That’s what is phenomenal.
