You know, I’m not going to write that much about Valentine’s Day. What I am going to say about it is along the lines of what I talked about in last weeks video.

Valentine’s Day is right around the corner. Are you thinking to yourself, “What do I do? This is my first Valentine’s Day alone in a long time.”
Are you newly single or is the ink still wet on your divorce papers as this Valentine’s Day approaches? If so, is this making you wonder what to do on Valentine’s Day?
You feel lonely. You think about maybe getting the kids together and having a party. You even think for a second about calling your ex to see what they are up to.

So what do I really think about Valentines day?
Can you handle the truth?

You know, I’m not going to write that much about Valentine’s Day. What I am going to say about it is along the lines of what I talked about in Wednesday’s podcast. There is one big Valentine’s Day lesson I want all of you to learn. It is about how to make Valentine’s Day exciting for both sexes. How do you do that? It’s very, very simple.

The Super Bowl was a great game this year. I really enjoyed it. I was pretty amazed at the way things went down. Well, actually, I wasn’t. You know me, I’ve been a good football predictor all year. Do you realize that Super Bowl Sunday is the man event of the year? Now, I know a lot of women also watch it and enjoy it, but this is a man’s event. This is an “Oh my God, why doesn’t Hallmark have a line of Super Bowl cards?” type of…

God, it’s like football withdrawal right now. What are we going to do until next August? Baseball is boring. Basketball really heats up soon, but who cares? Well in my personal opinion, I don’t. Before we men mourn the end of football season, however, all the guys out there need to remember that there is one more Super Bowl coming up this Sunday. It’s called Valentine’s Day.

So once a month on a street called Abbott Kinney there’s something called “1st Fridays” where all the stores on that street stay open late. You know, I think there actually was a guy named Abbott Kinney. It’s kind of a cool name . . . and hearkening back to my “Yo! and Hey Man!” blog, I can just imagine people yelling out “Hey Abbott!” and “Yo Kinney!”

Before all the women reading this blog get their panties in a knot thinking I am anti-Valentine’s Day by saying “Happy Hallmark Day,” let me make one thing clear . . . you’re 100% correct! I am anti-Valentine’s Day. I for one believe that you don’t need a special day in the middle of February [...]
