It seems we are hearing a lot recently about how celebrities who cheat on their spouses or significant others are heading off to sex rehab. We’ve heard about it with Jesse James, Tiger Woods, and David Duchovny. I was thinking about that the other day, and it made me want to ask one question: What exactly is the deal with sex rehab?

I was reading an article the other day in Men’s Health about a guy named Brian Boyle. Brian Boyle is a personal trainer from Maryland.

I want you to read this blog and think about your own life for a second. I want you to think about how ridiculous it is that you are making such a big deal about communicating with the opposite sex.

Think about this for a second; because what I’m about to tell you will put your life in such perspective – you will go out there and immediately overcome your ridiculous mental blocks. That’s all it is – a mental block. It’s not a physical block.
