Duke one my faithful readers, sent me this eye opening video the other day.

How many of you are trapped inside your head and think the world is looking at you?

How many of you want to talk to someone at the Gym but your afraid what people may say?

How many of you would love to speak to someone at your local store, but feel that if you get rejected you can never shop there again!

With summer right around the corner, cmon now Memorial day weekend is 4 days away.

I thought this would be the perfect day to show you how all of you can meet people at the beach and get out of your head once and for all.And if you have no beach nearby.

No problem you can use the same techniques at your local lake or pool!

Enjoy the video.

It’s Memorial Day. It’s the day everyone is outside having fun, and it’s the first three day weekend of the summer.

How will I remember this Memorial Day? I will remember it as hopefully the last time I am ever stubborn. Tomorrow, I am going to share a very personal blog and story with you and tell you more about that!

A great way to begin this unofficial start to the summer is with setting some goals for yourself . . . and then actually sticking with them. What are your goals for the summer?

Before you know it, summer will have come and gone. It always seems to go so quickly!

So today, let’s write down our goals and hold ourselves accountable. As I always say, if you write it down there’s proof and you’re committed to it.

Enjoy Memorial Day!

Happy Sunday to everyone – and I hope you are all enjoying this Memorial Day holiday weekend!

As for me . . . It’s Day 2 of being a prisoner in my own home (as I am completely layed up with this back problem). Now, I am NOT someone who enjoys being shut down, and forced to sit around resting and watching television.

I actually only watch about an hour of television a week. So after being forced to sit and watch about seven hours of television yesterday, I have to tell you that I do not understand people who do that voluntarily. I don’t know how they don’t lose their mind!

Tonight, my girlfriend Sonja escapes me, and is heading to the Cayman Islands for a week. This leaves me with the pleasure of being annoyed and miserable as I continue to suffer through this forced television watching rest alone . . . unless you count having Daphne here of course. In truth, though, Daphne is co-dependent and can’t do much at all (so she won’t be of much help).

So I will continue to work on making it through Day 2 as the fun continues! To keep me from really going insane and having nothing to do but watch television, tell me how all of you are spending your Memorial Day weekends, and whether you tried any of our “kid summer activities” we talked about yesterday.

Everyone enjoy your Sunday!

Enjoy your holiday weekend!!

Let’s talk today about how to get from here to there. So many people cannot imagine what it takes to get to there from here.

Well look at us and look at where we are today!
Its the kickoff to Summer!!

Enjoy your holiday weekend!!

Let’s talk today about how to get from here to there. So many people cannot imagine what it takes to get to there from here.

Earlier today, some clients and I went into Z Clothing in Brentwood, which a friend of mine owns. I met my friend Barry about five years ago, just walking into the store as anyone would. I was just a regular consumer.

Most people walk in and say, “Hey, I’m looking for a pair of jeans.” I walked in, and I was just myself. I talked to Barry, and I learned about him. And then the next time I walked into the store, I remembered things about him from the last conversation we’d had. And we built a relationship on that.

I’m always thinking about the present. Everything I do today could pay off in the future. But most people are looking out for the immediate payoff. “There’s no women in here, I can’t afford these clothes, fuck it!” I look at life like I’m investing in a stock for the future.

So five years later, we walk into the store today, and I’m helping Barry out with a sale. I lent him one of my employees for two days to help him out with the sale.

I walked in there, we talked, and I found a pair of jeans that were on sale, and he just gave them to me. We’ve been friends for so long. I gave him my employee; he gave me a pair of jeans! It’s just friends helping each other out.

This is how you build up these things. You see that person walking into the deli and always getting the extra sandwich meat, or the free stuff – it’s because of what he or she did in that moment.

I don’t expect anything. Most people walk in expecting things. They expect something to happen, and they want something to happen. They get disappointed if something doesn’t happen that very day. Me? I don’t care. I don’t expect anything to happen.

My future is full of wonderful, unexpected things. Because of how I have invested my time, whenever I walk into a place, I get so many amazing things.

Most people get nothing amazing everyday because they are just thinking about being rewarded at that instant.

You don’t need to be rewarded. The reward will come down the road.

I think I’m smelling a theme here. Saturday we were full of bullshit, yesterday we had an ‘ass on,’ and today I’m off to get my physical (and I think we’re all well aware of what will happen there!)

The Discovery Channel has Shark Week. Is this going to be “Ass Week” here? Is the week before Memorial Day going to annually be “Ass Week?” If you really think about it, it already is.

Women are in the gym working on their ass and trying to get it ready for bikini season. Men are in the gym checking out all the women’s asses. Women are also going to be going out shopping for an outfit for all the Memorial Day barbecues going on, and they will all be asking their friends “Does my ass look fat in this?”

So now I think that from this year forward, the week before Memorial Day will be “Ass Week” on the blog. In keeping with this new tradition, tomorrow I will have a podcast all about how not to be an ass when you’re out meeting women.

Also, if you want a nice preview of “Ass Week,” check out this great ass-related blog from times past:

With June Around the corner and I am sure some of you have to endure a wedding or two, lets talk about the ultimate wedding gift to every couple I know getting married. You’ll never guess what it is.

I go to a sex toy shop and put together what I call “The Lover’s Package.” I get them the best G-spot stimulator/vibrator, the best clitoral ring, outfits to wear, handcuffs, silk handkerchiefs to tie each other up…

You and I both know that after a long time with someone, sex may need some creativity.

Not only that, but this is the only wedding present that they’re ever going to remember!

I give this gift to every single person that is getting married. I’ll spend $100 or $150 and get them some stuff that they will actually use!
