I had an interesting conversation with somebody not too long ago, and he was really living in the past. Not only that, but he was living in someone else’s past. He was allowing somebody else’s experience he had witnessed dictate how his experiences in the future were going to be.

I want to share something really personal with all of you today. I’m going to share a side of me that many of you don’t know and would not expect.
I sometimes feel like I’m 98½ years old

A lot of people use the word “rejection” over and over again in their lives. My belief, however, is that there is no such thing as rejection.
If another person doesn’t choose to be with you, they are not rejecting you. They are choosing to go in another direction.

Have you ever met the “man-girl?” I know you’re thinking to yourself right now, “What is a ‘man-girl?’ What is David talking about today?”
A man-girl is a guy who works out all the time. Yes, I know you’re probably thinking, “But David, YOU work out a lot — and so do I. Are you saying you and I are man-girls?”
No, that’s not what I’m saying. So what does working out have to do with being a man-girl? Ahhhhh, listen up my fellow readers, and let’s go a little deeper into this.

You all know this person. You’re at a party or you’re just hanging out with a group of people, and there’s always that one person who waves a big red flag in the middle of a great conversation and causes the conversation to go in an entirely different direction.
This person is what I call “the conversation killer.” The conversation killer can’t just kick back

Are you out there trying to meet new people but you just can’t bring yourself to do it? Do you think bad things will happen if you approach a woman?

So, you find yourself feeling a bit alone and all your friends are married. You go to wedding after wedding and, of course, your friends’ wives come up to you and say, “When are YOU going to get married?”
You go to your first dinner party, and most of your friends — the ones who used to go out drinking with you a few years ago — are married and looking at you as the lone single guy. You’re like the Lone Ranger all by yourself.

I’m going to tell you something that you might not believe, but it is 100% true so pay attention: There is no such thing as rejection!
Rejection is just an insecurity in your own mind. Think about it, rejection doesn’t really exist. It is a made-up thought and a made-up word.
How many of you have had this happen: You go out on one date with someone. You like them, and thought they were the coolest person in the entire world. So you call them after the date, and they never call you back.
