As the sun sets and the lights come on, the fans are gathering in the
stands. The smell of hot dogs and popcorn are in the air. Beer, oh
there’s beer everywhere. It’s time for a night game. That’s what
baseball used to be all about.

Another short blog today as I battle the jet Lag. Woke up at 3am wide awake and could not fall back to sleep at all.

Insomnia is brutal! Anyway here are my quick thoughts for today.

I get asked this question so many times: Is it better to run with a wing?
Every time someone asks me this, all I can picture is this giant chicken wing dripping with buffalo sauce running around next to them. I picture them constantly having to clean off their shoes from all the buffalo sauce that is dripping off their wing.
