Are you afraid of hard work? Let’s be honest right now — really honest. I am in Vegas right now working with a client, looking at a lot of people who are afraid of hard work and looking for the miracle to happen.

A lot of you bitch and complain about being single.

It is just really shitty mind set as far as I am concerned. Being single is great. It is
amazing. No one to answer to, all the food in the fridge is yours, you
don’t have to leave the toilet seat up, you never have to change
anything about yourself

So the other night after getting out of a massage, I went to grab some dinner to take home at a nearby restaurant. It was a cute and quiet little vegan restaurant that a lot of people go to on a date. It’s one of those places that have only about seven tables in the whole restaurant, so it’s a great place to bring a date.

Do you feel like we have too much technology? Do you feel that there is too much information available? Do you feel like things are moving too fast nowadays?
Remember the good old days and how life was back in the 60′s, 70′s and 80′s? Things were done more on intuition. There wasn’t nearly as much information out there.

Whenever people tell me they’re in pain, or they feel like the world’s coming apart, I always tell them everything happens for a reason. There’s a lesson in everything.

What a great group of men at this bootcamp, we’ve been having such a blast so far! This morning we were at Borough Market in London meeting new people, engaging so many interesting women, and generally just having a great time and sending out a great vibe.
The food at Borough Market is always fantastic. I’m such a food guy too, what I really wanted to do was sample some of everything. I wanted one big, gigantic combination plate of the best food that the market has to offer.

In life, there’s really only love and hate. There is no such thing as like. Let me explain more: Say you’re standing in front of the mirror. You just tried on some new clothes, and you say, “I like this shirt.”
Like is a very indifferent world. You liked it? Like is a very weak word. I liked it.

I want to share something really personal with all of you today. I’m going to share a side of me that many of you don’t know and would not expect.
