Excellent stuff I'm hearing. I've been working on my portfolio of new friends. Sometimes when I get the train now I get people waving at me, stopping me to say hi as I've talked to so many strangers and had cool conversations with them. I'd advise it as it is good practice for talking to those you want to try to get something out of. It's fun having people you know around you more too.

You guys up for having a facebook group dedicated to our progress, including examples of pieces of magic we have or will come out with? It may help us see each others' way of thinking. Pete told me one today, brilliant mate!

Who can be bothered to make it? :)

Pete spot on, one step at a time.

Went shopping with my sister today, stopped at a shoe store where she wanted to try out some shoes to go with the jeans that I bought her (David I'm still getting the discounts – my sister was amazed).

Any way a cute shop assistant came over and we started talking about the shoes that my sister wanted, I started playing around asking if they would look good on me. We tried looking for a size 10 so I could try them out just for fun. Pity they didn't have any as the socks that I had on were hilarious.

Went to Molton Brown later on and spent some time talking to the shop assistant trying out the different products. Ended up getting some free testers for myself and sister.

Suresh - I wasn't jealous...I was very much inspired by how well Justine ( :P ) did that weekend. He's gonna become a fuckin' superstar at this, and call himself Natural Justin. :) We've been texting a bit this week, and his texts have really helped me.

Perfect example, in uni library now, went in with a weak hello to a staff member and only got a weak smile back. Who gives a shit? She was either bored, wasnt attracted to me, or I went in too weak. But I just did one of my 5 approaches today, and you can bet I'm going to dissect it again like everything else this week. Just had a deep conversation with a guy about London yesterday, and we're gonna hang out a bit later tonight, fucking awesome guy.

At this stage, I do not care if I get numbers/lays/whatever. Its only important to me that I'm making small gains and building momentum, and the only way I can do this is practicing on an abundance of targets and getting out of my comfort zone.

Suresh,

David's right about the clothes especially the shoes, every where I go women just keep looking at me. Before the boot camp it probably would have freaked me out - now I'm getting a high off of it.

I'll be more than happy to go shopping with you. I'm going to keep the glasses maybe not the ones I wore to the boot camp but I'll certainly be getting some funky ones to use as a prop.

Justin is right, we all started from different positions and stages in our lives. Everyone is different so everyone's development is going to be different. It took real courage to get yourself to the boot camp and to take part, be proud of yourself you've done what the vast majority of people would never do.

I thought that I would have been a nervous wreck on the days leading up to the boot camp as well as during. But that didn't happen - I was completely calm, felt at ease but most importantly I was happy that I was achieving another part of my goal – that of changing my life completely this year.

Remember by attending the boot camp you planted a seed within yourself - David, Markus, Adam, Eddie and Hakan (with his hypnosis session) came along with a dumper truck full of Miracle-Gro and dumped it on the seed. That seed of yours has a lot of issues to get past but once it does there will be no stopping you. Don't believe me, then think back to Saturday when we kept having to look for you.

First thing I want you to do is get yourself a DVD called: My Neighbour Totoro. Watch it a couple of times when you first get it then when ever you feel down watch the DVD.

Next call me up and we'll arrange a time to go shopping, if Justin or any of the other guys can come along even better.

Suresh,

Thank you for the kind comments. It's strange how during the bootcamp I didn't feel I was doing quite as well as you guys thought I was. I was impressed by watching how you all were applying David's teachings, each conversation you had got a little better each time.

In future please don't put an e on the end of my name, that makes it a woman's name lol

I think a good practice for you would be to use MSN Instant Messaging with me (or any of the other guys), me pretending to be a girl. Then after each comment I'll give a suggestion of what you could have said. This will allow you to come up with funny whitty comments quicker and quicker until you'll have it during conversations. It's all long-term training. Every day is prescious so why not start asap?

Suresh, we all started from different levels. I had been actively talking to girls since 16, at 20 I was making many many approaches night after night at university nightclubs. This all set me up for the bootcamp to add some finishing touches as I learned so much from doing this. Although you started from a slightly lower experience level with regards to talking to girls, you will learn a lot quicker than I did if you put the effort in. If you have free time, just pop out to the food shop and just make small talk, you'll get more and more comfortable until it goes completely. Then it will be the most fun you've ever had.
