Yes, there is many times a lot of frustration and confusion. The process is full of up and downs. Doing sports is fantastic and keep you in good form and mind state, and your EGO is behind it, but it is for a good purpose, for a purpose that makes you feel good inside. I think that the most important thing is to get that state of mind that makes you feel good with yourself all the time and sports helps and is healthy. Fenomenal post. Drink lot of water, eat well, try to stay away from Junk food and you will be fine. If you are skinny like me, you got to eat more protein, or just more calories.
