New YearSo here we are!

We’re already a few days into 2014, and on New Year’s Eve you were telling yourself, “I’m going to stick to all my resolutions this time!”

Are you still on course, or have you already slipped up and broken one of them? My guess is that some of you out there have already lost some of the momentum you had (or thought you had) going into 2014.

Those who know me well know how I feel about the B.S of New Year’s resolutions, but I’m going to give you the key to having real success this year in whatever goals you have. Every single day is a new year. Every single minute is a new minute. Every second is a brand new second. So many people slip up on a resolution in the first few days of the year, and then give up until next year.

It’s time you reframed your mind. Whatever goals and ambitions you have, you can start working toward them at any minute or hour of any day. You don’t need a new year to start over. Every day you make a choice. Every minute you make a choice. What are your goals? What are your desires? What are your beliefs? And what are you going to do to achieve them?

You have the chance to hand-craft every moment of your life. Look at every day as a new start. Look at every hour as a new opportunity to make things happen. To be truly present is to understand you can make every second of every day your own. Happy New Year to all of you, but more importantly Happy New Minute and Happy New Second to all of you!

What I want all of you to do, is join me this year in being radically authentic, and radically present every moment of every day. I want you to be able to say whatever’s on your mind to whoever you choose. More importantly, I want you to realize you can start something whenever you want to.

You want to quit smoking, you want to lose weight, you want to meet more women, whatever it might be, you can start today. And if today isn’t a good starting point for you, then do it tomorrow. But you have the opportunity as a man, to begin your life whenever you decide. You can create your world the way you want it to be.

So from now on, don’t get angry at yourself if you slip up on one of your goals. Remember every moment can be a new start. If you make a mistake, learn from it and start again. Don’t throw away the progress you made yesterday because you messed up today. It’s time to start living life the way you deserve to live it… from the peak!
