Ok, I'm actually feeling a little creeped out that my massages have been "perverted" and I didn't realize it.

I'm a Nevada State Licensed Massage Therapist, as well as Certified thru the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, over 1,500 hours of education (College) in bodywork and therapeutic modalities thus far. Been working in the field since 2004. Here are my suggestions to you Dave:
1. Book couples massage - you are both in the same room. I doubt any MT would dare finish before the other MT!!
2. Notice the time you get on the table; notice the time you get off the table - if it doesn't equal the time you paid for - mention it when time to pay or ask to speak to the Spa Manager. Or, mention it to the MT (massage therapist PLEASE - not masseuse) and ask WHY. No matter the reason, reflect your disappointment in her tip.
3. Do not lump all MTs into the same batch; I prefer working on a gentleman simply because they are less difficult to please, need the bodywork more than women, and they are more vocal with their thanks. I'm sure any other MT out there reading this will chime in with his/her comments. I'm speaking of ME - my experience and preference.
4. There is basic equality in massage modalities and administration of. We have rules and regs we have to adhere to for licensing and cert purposes, as well as spa mission statements. We also "should" have our own code of ethics; the nature of our business dictates if we want repeat clients, clients that spread the word, then we darn well better give all we've got to every single client no mater the time frame, or modality, or gender.

You and Your Lady should come to Vegas and to my spa; you both will receive what you are seeking.

Extra attention...I like it at first, but after awhile, if the guys don't get to know me, I feel like they just see me as a sexual object/being and nothing else. =/

Funny blog. I guess you would not be "complaining" if you Got a happy ending. Damn i had the feeling I was the less attractive btw myself and my husband as he always was offered a happy ending, never happend to me ;-)
Besides most girls who complain about extra attention most often say it to get attention. Often I think whatever sex you are you also responds to great energy not just looks.
