Great post (just stumbled upon it today). Personally, I do like having a chance outside of the "activity" date to have a real conversation... maybe a drink beforehand or even afterward if things have gone well. The goodnight kiss I don't even worry about anymore... two women I've dated say they don't even kiss on the first date anyway, regardless of how well it went. One thing I will caution on is number 6... at least six women have mentioned they *hate* being asked out on the second date at the end of the first... feel like too much pressure to say yes on the spot. I like to follow up with an e-mail or call in about 24 hours. Seems to be the right amount of time. Thanks for the great advice, David.

Hey David. Fantastic post. The main theme across the six points is being in the moment. It does not fail, from the the first time you talk to her to the actual date. The other theme of course is being confident in who you are. I dont really agree with the whole 'you want to impress her so much' line. You've said it a few time David, we shouldnt try to impress anyone; points 2 & 4 are the core elements of a fun, 'You will stand out among all the “other guys” she’s met' date. The new colors & design on the site are cool. Thx David.

this is a great post!
I will definitely keep on referring back to this one. lots of good ideas, and tells you what kind of mentality you should have.
These all sound like great date ideas. And if you do these then it will make the "romantic dinner" all the more special.
I hope everyone is having a great Labor Day weekend!
