I like the new angle you are taking on focusing on chaging lives as a “whole”, rather than just narrowing it down to one element like women and negating all the rest.

If you wake up every morning with facination of the day ahead, being willing to explore the unknown and not let fear hinder you from what you want to acheive, then life is something to be embraced, just like you have proven to us with your teachings.

I’ve been away for a little while but had to comment on this one.

You are talking about all that “future” thinking, and one thing I’ve really noticed lately … when I feel anxiety in my body, it’s usually because I’ve fallen into “future thinking.”

Even if it’s excitement about the future, it still often creates a bit of anxiety. And then if I bring my attention back to my hazelnut cappuccino that’s sitting in front of me HERE NOW, the anxiety subsides.
