But, I must admit, it is fun to have a crush on someone and plan the ways at which you can attack the situation/win them over. I feel its definitely good practice for the real thing and if you really dont care it can be fun here and there, but I would not drop too much effort into it if you only see them where they work. In fact, like Kheim said, you should have to drop much effort into any interaction. It should be comfortable, effortless and natural.
