okay the follow up on this…at that time i wrote this in the blog i was hung up on a guy that was married…and he would say things that kept my interest…until he did the no-no…cheated on his wife and when i caught him he tried to make it up with his lies once more…today i found out that the woman he is seeing is married also…but i have a major problem that i do not want to discuss…if a guy asks me to give him time once more i will take it as a red flag…i have come to the conclusion that if i can not be the man’s first foremost one and only fiddle…no way am i going to play second third or tenth or fifteenth fiddle player…it is now or never…then move on to the next guy…oh to add i finally went back to my maiden and i want to date people i am not looking for a long term relationship…

What if it is the reverse situation – female who is interested in a male friend? I have a male friend who I have known for 16 years. It’s only in the last eighteen months that he has really started to turn my head. After I separated things really heated up, we fell in to bed, and the sex was amazing. But, he doesn’t want a relationship with me. He is very open saying that I am his best friend in the entire world, the chemistry is fantastic, he will do more for me than anyone else, my kids love him to pieces…but he doesn’t want a relationship with me.
I always thought that the best relationships in the world on what people most aspired to was your best friend with great chemistry..?!?
I have another man buzzing around at the moment who is really serious, so I laid my cards on the table. I was absolutely smashed to pieces with Steve saying that he wasn’t interested in me like that. His response didn’t just break my heart it broke my soul. I can see that this man is in love with me. I can see it in his eyes, in his actions, by his daily presence, the daily phone calls, calling my ex to tell him to pull his head in…these are not the actions of just a friend.
I have to take this man at his word and move on, which will eventually mean that he will have to be out of my life. I am just so sad, and this for me is just mind screwing…
I just don’t understand what has happened here and why…I am silly to hope that one day things will be different?

You ask her out or tell her that you’re interested – mentioning that her BF is a lucky guy and you respect their relationship.

No woman will give in immediately so then she’s extremely awkward because she works with you?

When a woman is on a date with a guy she has the right to say no. I have a story to tell and this did happen here in the county I live in. This guy took two girls out in a boat and told both of them to put out or get out leaving to the mercy of the lake. When he got them back to shore and they said something to their parents he was in big trouble and if I am not mistaken he served time for it. I tell my daughters whatever you do don’t ever leave yourself at the mercy of a man. Not all men are sex minded those is who I call players. I am not into dating online too many bad tales come from those and you don’t know who you may meet. I had rather meet them in person and be able to decide if we are going to be an item or if it is something that is wants to play with.

I’m sorry i didn’t mean for it to come across as an execution. I was just voicing my opinion about SOME men just after sex. No I don’t think all men are like that…For one i haven’t met them ALL, yet, lol. This is my opinion, i just think men have trouble feeling their feelings and emotions, so they resort straight to sex. Sometimes typing this stuff comes across maybe harsher than I am trying to portray. That’s all.

Also I don’t know when you say older men? I don’t date past 6o For the most part. For one, some guys lie about their age anyway. As well as some women. I have dated men younger, older and in the same age group….they seem to go straight for the “honey pot”. Mostly guys that you meet on-line. What are all the dating sights for “booty calls” only? If they are I need to get away from them, I would like to know which ones are better than others i guess. I was on Plenty of Fish, thinking it was a “Christian dating sight” but not i don’t reckon. I was on Match.com for awhile and it seem to go in the “Booty Call” direction as well. I meet guys in the area out and about but most are already with someone, so I usually become “the friend”
