People have such warped images of what people should look like.
What you’re about to watch is a woman who’s very cute on her own, but goes through Photoshop and the end result you see is what turns men into crazed perfection seeking horn dogs and women into insecure fearful human beings.
Most Men believe that they should be dating the type of women that they see in this type of video. Even men in bad shape only see themselves dating the hot sexy toned women. Their version of perfection is based on the air brushed women they see on tv and in magazines.
And lets not mention a mans view about sex is based on crazy porno sex. Sex that really does not exist nor turn on the average woman.
Women, on the other hand, feel really pressured to look great, because they are always looking at themselves under a microscope.
Women are super critical of themselves more than any man could ever be.

I am so happy that you are addressing this serious issue. I see these young girls and wonder how they even survive with all the media hype of perfection…. as a 55 year old grandmother of young girls, I fear for their future and hope that things can change. It may if enough people put a light on it.

I saw a great film yesterday in which a kid, lets call him Mike, tells his grandfather that he cant do this and that because of his skin colour etc etc. His grandfather replied: “My son, what you have, you have for life, you can’t change that. But you CAN take care of what you have”.
He meant looking your best everyday.
Women with too much make up on, for me is a huge turn off. I like the ones that do not try too hard on the section of cosmetics.
Alot of women don’t know how to apply make-up, it should appear as if your not wearing any…This can also being said,us men should know how to dress ourselves too. Works both ways.

I also like the comment about the crazy porn sex – now that is definitely a male thing and not all men thankfully!! I remember watching Jenna of Club Jenna on Oprah who apparently is the most popular porn star. Her secret is that she is making love with her husband.
Guys if you want to get intimate with a woman and have great sex… The answer may well lie in marrying her (after first learning how to be in a relationship via education then on a daily basis, choose to love her no matter what) – she will respond and her reaction will be to give!
Hi, i know this is kinda out of topic but i really need help from the community.
My girlfriend of 2 months dumped me a week ago saying that we’re very different from each other. Now it has been a week since we broke up. After a week of no contacts, I texted her asking if she needs any help with her moving (she’s gonna move back with her mom on Monday, that’s why i offered my help). Anyways she texted me back saying She could use some help to clean up and ask me if i can come over on Sunday to help her….is that a sign for second chance or she just uses me as a friend. And how should i act on Sunday….PLEASE HELP ME OUT APPRECIATE ALL YOUR HELP

Mike – what do you want? If you really like the lady, then help her, play it cool.
In the meantime find out more about being a man and relationships. Have you read ‘Men are From Mars and Women are from Venus’? If not, get it.
Then if it looks like you two are back on you can share what you are learning that of course men and women are different – we were made to be, to complement each other.
Even if nothing happens with the two of you, it is a vital skill you are learning for the future. (and having fun!)

Mike. it sounds like she doesn’t feel connected to you perhaps? Me personally thinks she is just gonna use you if you help her move. I wouldn’t do it. Back away a bit, let her miss you,If you wants you back,the phone will ring.
Wow. Thank you, David- this was amazing. It is great to see programs like Dove’s out there in order to help young girls who struggle with this type of thing. I know it’s something that I had a hard time with when I was younger, and I still feel unattractive sometimes (I made society’s distortion my own). It has taken some time, but I’m getting there. I think once women understand what you teach about loving yourself for who you are, it can make a big difference… I know it did for me.
This so called distortion of beauty is just a result of marketing a certain product. Offcourse you’re gonna see beauty products being marketed as if they make you almost godly beautiful, so that stupid people will buy the product without even thinking twice about it. Its purely a marketing move so girls, don’t buy into the big posters you see at the side of the road or in the middle of your city. They do not portray the reality. Plus, I think that cosmetics aren’t exactly healthy…I know a lot of women who look absolutely stunning with their make up on, but without the make up, they look like grannies…seriously. It seems like this stuff drains the life out of them. So, I think that women should look more natural and stop using so many products that negatively affect their health.
Mike, here is my two cents. She broke it off with you. It is VERY important that you cease ALL communication with her of any kind. The reason is basic. If she knows that you are always available there is absolutely no fear of loss. And yes, what you see on the outside is that she is not displaying the slightest bit of sadness. But that does not mean that she feels 100% sure that what she is doing is the best thing. This situation may be very upsetting to her but she is smart enough not to show it. Most of what I have learned about women is from women themselves. Read their books and go on their websites. The one thing that I see over and over again is that they find it necessary to have the “power” in the relationship. No matter how done she was with you, the last thing in the world that she would want is for YOU to tell HER to hit the road. In their mind, it will end when THEY want it to end. When the man moves on and finds someone else the feeling of loss sets in. That is when they will often want him back. I would help her on Sunday and use the opportunity to tell her that you are in agreement with the split. Then, move on. Reminder- Do not contact her, you are not helping your cause!!!
