I am SO getting the truth of this. I am a beginner dancer learning how to west coast swing now. I have 12 hours of classes a week, most of them privates. There are six counts to the step and I had to spend 45 minutes practicing steps 5/6 alone over and over to get it right. My mind fogs over with stress and it is embarrassing how long it takes me to learn anything. But I am determined! Earlier in the week we were practicing to this great song and all of a sudden it all came together, I relaxed, and the sweetest joy washed over me. It was beautiful.

I have listened to all of David's products and I have practiced and improved. My biggest obstacle is that I'm not comfortable in my own skin and I am resistant to anything that makes me any more uncomfortable than I already am. I am looking forward to the time "it all comes together".

I totally agree. I've only been seeing massive results the past two weeks because I've been going out for hours a day. I keep finding new things out, getting less interactive with the community, learning to stay focused on the task-at-hand and building motivation and spirit.

In one week, or so... I made friends with like 5-6 new girls. Fun. I'd like to be more than friends with some girls, but what can you do? I'm working on having interactions where this will change. And I discovered the October Man! It's pretty awesome... Similar to things I've seen before, but put into a format that seems like it would be very effective. I only discovered it like, a day ago so I'm trying to learn it the outline of it before I try it. I don't really want to try it while holding a piece of paper with everything I'm going to say; in order. It could ruin the effect.

If I can manage to start OMing, and it works properly I'd have unlimited potential.

I noted sticking points. I'm working on letting this fade away, and building the strength needed.

I also found myself more willing to put myself in situations where I knew it could be uncomfortable, but it was actually very comfortable. I didn't decide to escalate too much, though. It was for Day Game, and I wasn't interested in her anymore... Yeah, I picked her up before.

A lot of my Inner Game came from music, as well. I listen to songs and confidence CDs. Especially while I sleep. I let my unconscious mind just absorb all the beliefs. It really, really helps and I've noticed a big change.

Being determined is the greatest factor in how far you will go. You can have great technical skills, and know everything - but if you're unwilling to carry them through you won't see any results. Thanks for bringing this up.

Hey guys,
I especially love this post as David as usual just says it how it is. So many of you beleive you have issues or hangups that cant be overcom and you think that it is just so. 99% of you just need that kick up the rear. Don t get me wrong even I used to make exuses and find a reason why I didnt talk to that girl or why I wont go out that night but it didnt make me feel any better. It was only after feeling sick and tired of feeling so sick and tired that I started to take massive action. The thing is, once you start and you begin to learn and understand it becomes addictive so you want to learn more which gives you the fuel to keep marching on improving. You have to start that first baby step and get momentum. Get into the information here, get a product or excellerate yourself into a bootcamp if you can..either way you must get going. I now love interacting with everyone and I dont want to waste a minute...come on, lets go get a coffee and chat to everyone in the house...

Bravo David, It took me fifteen years of hard work to even find a way to become successful at my type of art, and ten tears more to at least keep the bill collectors at bay in my business. Over the last 22 years I have had a constant flow of people wanting to get jobs as artists here, because they are so "good." Yeah, I am going to pay someone to paint and draw while I do the dirty work!!! I look at it this way, if everyone in the world had our drive and determination, the market for our products would be so saturated that nobody could make any profit. Life rewards those who are willing to put in "real work" towards their goals. Lazy people make it easier for the determined to succeed. I laugh about those people that want something for nothing, it makes me feel even better about what I have accomplished. Paul Loughner

Like the football players they were determined to win that game and become the Super Bowl champions and so the one with determination did what he had to do to win that game. All of them had determination but one thing they need to do is change out some referees.

Determination is when you set a goal in life and try to achieve that goal. People who are handicapped or have a terminal illness have the determination to go out and do for themselves not sit home and dream and wish they could do something. The quitters are the ones who waste away and complain that they are weak and can not do anything by saying they are worthless. Some times we use someone a role model in life to pattern after. But why not be your own role model and live your life as it was planned. If your are determined to have someone in your life then go out and find that someone not become a couch potato and dream about it.
