I was out coaching a woman the other night, and we started talking about sex . . . She told me that the number one thing she most dislikes about men is when they use the excuse “I’ve never cum this fast before!”

Come on guys! According to this woman, they are on to you. She basically told me that every guy who has ever used this excuse has not only cum too fast the first time, but has also cum too fast on the tenth, twentieth and one hundreth time as well.

There are just some men who have no control, and they choose to have sex this way. Why? The men who have sex this way are self-centered, and sex is solely about them getting off.

When I was eighteen, I had a lot of “Oops! I didn’t mean to cum” moments. Instead of being content with the “oops moments,” I learned how to become an amazing lover. Well, at least, that is what I’ve been told.

It was important to me to become a great lover, and it was important to me to be able to satisfy a woman. I never wanted to be called “Mr. One Pump.”

Bad Sex

Now, granted, there are times when I’ve cum faster than others. Perhaps I was nervous the first time, or whatever the reason may be. As a general rule of thumb, though, I want to make sure the woman I am with is in complete ecstasy before I get there, because that it was really turns me on.

Going by what most women tell me, however, there seems to be a boy band out there and the group’s name is “The One Pumps.” These merry men tend to be men who really don’t care if a woman is satisfied or not. It’s all about them ejaculating as quickly as possible.

Now there are guys who actually suffer from a disease called premature ejaculation. So before all of you get your panties in a knot, I will excuse those of you who suffer from this ailment.

As for the rest of you who are members of the group called “The One Pumps,” you have no excuses. There is a reason why when you’re in a relationship that you have to beg for sex. What woman wants a man who basically slides home, dusts off his pants, and then heads toward the dugout while high-fiveing his buddies . . . all in the span of about thirteen seconds.

Let me also tell you a little thing about sex. Powerful men who can satisfy a woman always get the best blow jobs, because women LOVE to please a powerful man who pleases them. If you are a member of the band called “The One Pumps,” she’s really had enough of you.

So if this is who you are in bed, isn’t it time you understood the art of totally turning a woman on so that you in turn will get some of the most amazing head you’ve ever gotten and will have her begging you for a lot more pumping? I go over all of this in detail in Part VII of my Men’s Audio Mastery Series, and tell you how to be an amazing lover who will leave her begging for sex every time.

So c’mon ladies . . . Let’s teach the men a lesson here. Let’s talk about some of your one pump experiences.

We’re not talking about how you put gas in your car at the pump . . . we’re talking about the ‘oops man’ with his favorite line “Oops! This has never happened to me before!” Guys, they’re not buying it, so you better buy something. You better find a way to become a better lover.

Before you read this make sure you let her pick her out. What am I talking about and why is it so important to have her pick the one she wants.

You’ve been dreaming of this night for most of your adult life. It seems like it’s every man’s ultimate sexual fantasy: meeting the woman cool enough to want to invite a friend over for a three-way.

You’ve heard rumors about the three-way. You’ve had friends who have experienced it, and they all tell you it’s like living your own private porn.

What people fail to talk about when it comes to a three-way, however, is the emotional repercussions that occur the day after a three-way. Welcome to a really tough time in your adult adolescence.

In order to make a three-way successful and make it work, you need to realize that this “ultimate male fantasy” has to be only about her. Let’s say your girlfriend comes to you and says, “I really want to do this because I think it will really turn me on to see you and I with my best friend.”

In that situation, you need to ask her some questions and talk to her more about it before you even consider doing it. You need to talk to her ahead of time about what the parameters will be, because if you overstep certain boundaries she has you might ruin the relationship (not only with her but also between her and her friend).

A three-way always sounds good ‘on paper.’ Three-ways in fantasy land are always amazing.

Three-ways in the real world are very emotionally confusing, especially if you get so turned on that can’t keep your hands off the friend (and end up ignoring your girlfriend). That does happen.

It happens because as men, we are wired to always want the new. Take a man to a car dealership for two hours, and watch him test-drive four different cars for two straight hours. The man will leave with a car. Why? Because we always want bigger, better and more fun.

Put a hot woman that your girlfriend brings over in front of you, and no matter what the boundaries are — whether it’s no penetration or not — and you are going to spend more time on the friend (because she is the “new one”). You’ve already had the old one plenty of times. That toy is getting old for you now.

A three-way is a male fantasy, but be sure to realize that it has to be all about her and be done according to her rules and parameters. So whatever your girlfriend says, you need to respect.

It’s fun to have a wild and crazy woman in bed. It’s a lot of fun to be with a woman who likes a lot of sexual exploration. You don’t want to ruin that just because you think the three-way is supposed to be a certain way.

Allow it to be however it’s going to be, and remember one thing which is the most important advice I can give you: Make it about her and her pleasure, and it’s amazing how far you can stretch those boundaries.

Every bootcamp always has the same question. Just how important is the first kiss at the end of the first date

I just think the first kiss on the first date is overrated.

Every bootcamp always has the same question. Just how important is the first kiss at the end of the first date

I just think the first kiss on the first date is overrated. Technically you are total strangers. You sat across from each other at a table somewhere, or maybe you took a walk in the park, or you spent a couple hours talking . . . and then what? You need to seal it with a kiss?

I don’t think the first kiss is important on the first date. What’s important on the first date is the recap in your mind after you leave them. Let me ask you a few questions. When you go home and you do the post-date recap:

How do you feel?
What are you thinking about?
What did you think about this person and their lifestyle?
What did you think about some of the stories they were sharing?
Were there any warning signs?
Was there anything they said that really made you nervous?
Is there anything you want to do with them the next time you see them?
Can you imagine sharing one of their adventures that they described?

First Date Kiss

Another step in evaluating the first date occurs when you wake up the next morning. When you wake up:

Did you think about the person?
Are you still excited the next morning that you met that person?
While you’re kind of hanging out and going to work the next day, did you have a smile on your face that you met someone really cool the night before?

There’s a lot of pressure about the first kiss at the end of the first date. The first kiss at the end of the first date also does not necessarily mean that you’re going to end up seeing the person again. It could just be that you felt like you had to kiss them just because it was the end of the date.

I feel kissing at the end of the first date is so predictable. Not kissing a woman at the end of the first date is the opposite . . . it just shows a sense of patience. It’s also really nice to get a hug at the end of the first date, because really you’re both nervous at the end of the first date. She’s wondering if you are going to kiss her. You’re wondering if you should kiss her. So, why bother?

A lot of times there’s not even a lot of passion in that first date first kiss. It’s a nervous, windshield wiper kiss. Your tongues do a little dance in each other’s mouth. Neither one of your hands are moving anywhere. It’s kind of like your first dance in high school.

So let’s get rid of the misconception about the first date first kiss. What’s more important is the follow-up phone call, or asking them out during the first date for another date. Those are signs of real interest. Real interest is also calling them the next day, seeing what they’re up to, and getting together with them soon so you can keep the momentum going. This will make the first kiss a real first kiss.

So here’s a question for all of you: Do you like to hug, or do you need that first kiss for confirmation at the end of the first date? Do you desire a nervous windshield wiper kiss . . . or a passionate second day after kiss?

So lets talk today about leaning.

For those of you who have never been to London, I strongly suggest you put it on the top of your travel plans. It really is my favorite city. I rented a few flats in Notting Hill for the weeklong program and I think this is the way to roll. I was always a Hotel person, but I like having a home when I am traveling.

So lets talk today about leaning.

Have you ever been to a party where the music is so loud that you can’t even hear yourself talk, and you wonder “How do I talk to somebody when everything is so loud? Do I scream at them, or do I just stand there in the corner and not say a word? What do I do in this situation?”

It’s very simple. Use the power of “the lean-in.”

When talking to a woman at a party or a loud bar, lean in, touch her shoulder very gently, and then speak into her ear so she can hear you. Then pull back. Now you allow her to do the same thing. If she follows your lead, then attraction is going to start to build.

So keep the process of a lean-in going. By leaning in directly into someone’s ear, you’re creating sexual tension. The ear is extremely sensual.

Have you ever kissed a woman’s ear and watched her squirm? While having sex, have you ever looked directly in her eyes during that intense moment, kissed her, then whispered in her ear exactly what you want to do to her? No wonder at that moment she starts to climax like a maniac.

You can create that moment right from the beginning. Everything in life is about the subconscious.

Recently I was at a party where the music was so loud that I couldn’t hear what I was thinking. I walked over to this woman in the corner who had been staring at me, and I used the lean-in. Every time I did it, I would pull back afterwards. Every time she did it to me, she was either touching her hair or touching her stomach. She probably didn’t realize she was doing this. She was touching herself without probably realizing because words in her ear brought her back to some intimate moment in her subconscious mind.

It’s really not hard turning someone on . . . it’s just understanding how people are wired. The power of the lean-in is such a powerful connection between two people. You’re creating intimacy without having to say it.

A lot of men think that they have to whisper in a woman’s ear things like “I want to do you tonight” or “I want to lick you from head to toe like a popsicle at Coney Island.” In truth, just talking to a woman (i.e., having an interesting conversation and paying attention to what she’s saying), then speaking those words in her ear, will create powerful sexual tension without having to say anything cheesy.

The next time you’re at a party or a bar and a woman is checking you out, walk over to her with confidence, lean in, and speak right into her ear. Don’t scream in her ear and break her eardrum . . . just talk. The confident man – the ones who have adapted all the principles that I speak about in all my programs – will know exactly what to do at this point.

Turning a woman on is as simple as knowing trigger points. The lean-in is a powerful trigger point in creating sexual chemistry. Oh, and by the way ladies, use the lean-in on men and it works the same way.

I’ve spent my whole life learning to understand human behavior. The lean-in technique is one of my favorites. Lean in, listen, pull back, and watch their reaction! You’re in for some serious sexual tension.

The question is, do you know what to do next? We’ll talk about that another day. By the way, for those of you who want to see some good examples of this, rent “Oceans 11” and watch George Clooney use the lean-in.

It’s funny. I had an interesting conversation with someone the other night and they asked me “Do you prefer sex in the light or sex in the dark?”

I am all about the light. I’m not talking about blaring stadium-type lighting so I can see the crowd cheering me on as I get close to orgasm. I’m also not talking about a spotlight on her face so I can interrogate her saying “Did you cum? Did you cum?!” like a detective from a bad 70′s tv show.

I love candlelight. I love sex during the day. I prefer to have some kind of light, because I do not want to miss the payoff.

I work hard at pleasing my woman . . . I’ve got to see that orgasm face. Does she shut her eyes? Does she tilt her head a certain way? Does her head turn all the way around like Linda Blair in “The Exorcist?” Moaning is wonderful, but I have got to see my work.

Not only that, having some form of lighting allows me to admire the shape of her body. I also like to look deep into a woman’s eyes during sex.

There are times I don’t mind having sex in complete darkness, like in the middle of the night when you wake up having sex and don’t know where it started. Darkness in that situation is wonderful. After all, who wants to get up to turn on the light when you just woke up and you are enjoying all sorts of great sexual sensations?

I like to see the person with whom I am having sex. I’ve got nothing to hide.

I like when they get up after sex and I get to check them out when they go to the bathroom. If you do it in complete darkness, you might as well be wearing blindfolds.

So, I’m a daylight kind of guy. What about all of you? Do you prefer sex with the lights on, with the lights off, or somewhere in between depending on the mood?

One thing you never want to hear from a woman when you’re fooling around in complete darkness is “Is it in yet?” or “Oops! Wrong hole!”

Hey guys, Shogo with another weekend blog. Today let's talk about getting intimate.

Hey guys, Shogo with another weekend blog. Today let’s talk about getting intimate. Let’s talk sex. Let’s talk about the way a man’s mind works when it comes to sex, and the way a woman’s mind works.

A client of mine recently reunited with a woman he used to have a crush on in high school, after they found each other on Facebook ten years later. They didn’t know each other very well in school, but they hung recently and hit it off.

They had dinner together, then she invited him over to her place for some drinks. He followed.

The woman had a young daughter, and once the daughter went to bed, my client moved in to try to kiss her. She turned her head away, but they continued chatting. My client immediately thought that she rejected him and that he was put in the friend zone, and didn’t make another move.

A little later, she suggested that he sleep on the couch because they had both been drinking. In the middle of the night, the woman came into the living room and got under his covers and laid down with him. Assuming she wanted to hook up, he then started feeling her up.

She pushed his hand away and said she just wanted to cuddle. Then she slept in his arms for the rest of the night.

Foreplay

The next day my client received a Facebook message from her saying that she was sorry about the situation last night, but it’s not something she does with guys right at the beginning.

Ok, let’s break this down:

My client thought he was in the friend zone because this girl did not want to hook up with him and in his mind, she was sending him mixed signals.

Was he in the friend zone? NO. Was she sending him mixed signals? Maybe, but we’ll talk about why that doesn’t matter.

First, you are NEVER in the friend zone on the first date with a woman. You are not friends with a woman on a first date, so you cannot be in the friend zone. Unless you’ve been hanging out with her for a while with no spark, or she says right in the beginning, “I like you better as a friend,” or “Let’s just be friends,” or something like that, you are not in the friend zone.

So, was she giving him mixed signals here?

Let’s dig into how female psychology works. My client assumed that because she invited him over for drinks that she wanted to hook up. Then he assumed that because she offered for him to sleep on the couch that she wanted to hook up. Then he assumed that because she got under the covers that she wanted to hook up.

He was wrong each time.

So if she liked him, why didn’t she want to get physical with him? After all, if you’re attracted to somebody, you will want to have sex, right?

Kind of. The problem with my client is that he was thinking too much like a man. If you’re a typical guy, the only thing on your mind is the shortest point from the tip of your penis to the entrance of her vagina. You’re attracted to a woman, you want to have sex. Period.

Not so fast with women. Sure, just like men, some women will be horny right then and there and are just craving some action. Even for women who are looking for a relationship, she may be really attracted to the guy and act on impulse and sleep with him, and still want a relationship with him later on.

There is no hard rule. Every woman is different, just like every man is different, and it all depends on where they’re at in life.

A young girl in her 20′s may be really concerned about finding the right guy and want to move slowly because she wants to be romanced and to feel special. Another girl in her 20′s may be sexually open or going through a phase where she wants to sleep with a guy right away. Some women are looking for relationships and will hold off on sex until they’re in one. Some women have been burned in the past and don’t want to get hurt again. Some have children and are looking for a guy who is stable and dependable, who will be there when she needs to call on someone for support. Some women have freed themselves up sexually and all they want right now is sex (the infamous “cougar”).

But most of the time, and this is the biggest lesson a lot of guys need to learn if you really want to turn her on, is that YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT SLOW. Emotions and fantasy have to take time to cultivate and they come into play slowly, not overnight. You have to keep your pants on. You have to lead my taking small steps, being the one to end things first and knowing when to leave, letting the sexual tension build, and giving her space.

You have to be patient with the woman you’re with. Just because you’re turned on does not mean that the pants need to come flying off. For a guy, sex is the goal. No sex? Fail. For a woman, intercourse is not the goal. Cuddling counts. Making out counts. Oral sex counts. Feeling turned on and emotionally connected, these things all count as part of the bigger picture. So don’t get discouraged if she tells you to put the breaks on because you’re moving too fast. A lot of times if you get shot down, you need to listen to what she’s telling you. She’s saying she wants to take it slow and get to know you better, not that she doesn’t like you.

You need to let the sexual tension build up, you have to let her feel comfortable and safe around you, you have to let her know that you are actually interested in her as a person, interested in spending time with her, and not only that you want to have sex with her. You make sure that she knows you’re still going to be around for round two, round three, and round four.

So forget about mixed signals coming from a woman. You have to assume that she’s interested in you sexually if she’s inviting you over to spend time with you.

If you make a move and instead she wants to cuddle in bed with you the first time, that’s ok. Let her feel safe around you and build up your trust level.

If it’s the third or fourth time and she’s still pushing you away, you need to man up and ask her what’s up. She may not actually like you. She may have some hang-ups that you deserve to know about. Be up front and open. Tell her you’re into her, that you want to be intimate with her, and find out if she just wants to take things slow or if she’s not actually attracted to you.

But if you’re getting shot down the first couple dates and she still wants to see you again, that’s actually a good thing, not a failure. You’re making progress, you’re being clear with what you want, and it’s time to slow it down and take control by taking smaller steps instead of trying to go from 0 to 100 in one night.

Today, I take a trip down memory lane for you guys and tell you exactly how I lost my virginity.

”Nervous” is not a strong enough word for the feelings I had swirling around inside of me over that brief (but seemingly very long) two-day period in my life.

How David Wygant Virginty

What? you may be asking. How does it take someone two days to lose their virginity? Did it take me 2 days of begging, pleading, and convincing some poor teenage girl to give in to me? Or was it due to my complete lack of sexual skill at the time that made the whole ordeal last 2 days?

Listen to todays podcast, and you will realize that stressing out so much about sex is completely not worth it.

How good are you on the phone?

So you’ve got her phone number. Now closing and sealing the deal, getting them to go out with you—that’s only part of the picture.

How good are you at building up sexual tension after the first date? Do you even understand what sexual tension is all about?

I have something really special for you guys on today’s podcast. It’s a phone call that you can listen in. My head coach Shogo—and he’s my head coach for a reason—he decided that he’d call a woman up who he just started dating and allow ALL of you guys to listen in, so you can understand exactly what it’s like to build real sexual tension. To get her absolutely excited to see him the next time and to really show you guys how to amplify sexual tension when you’re on the phone with a woman.

Check it out and listen to the ex-lawyer do his thing.

You just finished having some of the best sex in your life. It was hot. Man, she had many orgasms. She was oozing and bubbling with sexual desire. Everything was great. Now sex is over, and one part of the bed-the part that you had sex on-is starting to get really cold. Real damp, and it’s right in the middle of the bed. It’s in what I call the cuddle spot.

Why is the wet spot on the bed always in the spot that you cuddle on? Somebody is going to be spooned directly into that wet spot. It happens. The question is, if you’re the man, do you man up and say, “You know what, honey, with all my body hair, I’ll sleep in the wet spot all night long. No problem.”

Or, do you slowly push her directly into the wet spot so you don’t have to deal with the dampness all night long? You can try to use towels to cover up the wet spot, but that never seems to work. For some reason or another, the towel always starts to itch. I never understood why, but it always does. Most of us don’t have gigantic beds, so somebody WILL be touching that wet spot. The question is, who deserves it?

Here’s my wet spot rule: If you didn’t get her off a couple of times, meaning, he didn’t go down on her, didn’t give her a big orgasm, didn’t get her to come during sex, then the man deserves to lay in the wet spot. You don’t deserve to be sitting on the dry side. You didn’t work hard enough.

But if she was lazy in sex, didn’t do anything but lay there, no foreplay at all, and he just did all the work and banged her left and right, she had a great time, he went down on her but she didn’t go down on him, then what? Damn right – he should spoon her and pull her directly into that spot and you let her little soft smooth body get cold all night long. That’s my rule.

The one who does more in bed for the other person deserves the wet spot pass. The one who was lazy that night? That’s right, you get to find out how long it takes until that wet spot dries.
