You know, the one with that classy-looking elder gentleman?

You’ll often see him performing all these amazing accomplishments…

…and then he relaxes with a nice beer and a couple of beautiful women afterward.

That’s me—sans the beer and most of the grey hair.

I am the most interesting man in the world.

That’s a pretty bold statement, right? You may be thinking that I’ve gotten cocky. But David Wygant owns his words and always tells the truth—traits I teach my clients all the time.

So let me ask you: what is the type of man that a woman wants to sleeps with?

Think for a second.

Is he a guy that’s just studying pick up, learning how to meet women, learning a few openers, maybe just learning a few techniques?

Or is he a guy that’s well rounded, a guy that travels, a guy that reads, a guy that talks to everybody, the guy that lives a fun life?  The guy that might be a little weathered around the edges due to some of his amazing adventures.

Who do most women want to sleep with?

They want to sleep with the most interesting man in the world.  

The reason why the Dos Equis guy is probably banging 20-year-olds and 25-year-old women—when he’s close to 70—is for this one reason:

He actually believes that he is the most interesting man in the world.

He knows how to tell a story, he knows how to listen, and he knows how to share his experiences in a captivating manner.  But most important, he truly works on every aspect of himself.

In order to really attract the women of your dreams, you’ve got to have more going for you in life. You need to have a purpose outside of just picking up women. You need to have skills, interests, passions. You should lead a pretty interesting life.

That’s why I see myself as the Dos Equis guy.

I could tell a story about anything.  I’ve traveled the world, I’m slightly weathered at times and I can go out there and meet a woman, any place any time based on all of my experiences.  I can outdo any pick-up lines guy with any great routine.

You want to know why?

Because my life has been interesting.

It’s time that you thought about areas of your life other than meeting women. Start something new. Join a club. Learn how to play the guitar that’s been sitting in your closet. Go on a wild adventure.

Do. Something.

Wouldn’t you like to be the most interesting, fascinating man in the world?

Women want you to be.

Yet so many guys go out wearing the free t-shirt they got at the Microsoft Convention.  They wear the sweatshirt that they got at the barbecue.  They wear jeans that don’t fit them correctly, meaning they’re too big, too baggy, too over-dyed, what it might be.  A lot of men wear clothes that they bought 15 years ago or 10 years ago so that they get the most amount money out of them.

But here’s the deal: the clothes do make the man and that’s what it’s all about.

When you first meet a woman for the very first time, I don’t care if it’s a date or if you’re going to approach her in the super market: what you’re wearing tells her how you take care of yourself.  It shows her that you’re a well-made man, meaning you care about your appearance, you care about who you are, and you’re up on the latest trends and fashions.

Women in the olden days were all about fixing a man.  It didn’t matter what the guy wore because she knew once they got into a relationship she’d be able to go through his closet and basically eliminate all the bad clothes and get the man to dress exactly the way that she wants.

Those days have come and gone with the Internet and all the great online clothing stores. You can go get nice clothes at a discount without having to leave your home.  Women expect a guy to own his look and to have the right look for him.  It’s really important and it’s a detail that a lot of men forget about.

If you’re confused about what to wear, this is what I strongly suggest: go to your local department store, maybe a Nordstrom’s, a Bloomingdale’s or a Macy’s.  Find the cutest sales girl there is and walk directly over to her. Say, “Excuse me, I’m in dire need of a fashion make over.  I’ve got the worst taste in clothes and I’m tired of it, and I’d like to get your opinion on things. Take me around and show me exactly what I should be wearing.”

And then just go around and try stuff on!  When you come out of the dressing room, ask her what she thinks.  You can ask the other sales girls what they think too.  Ask some of the customers what they think.  It’s a great way to meet women, too.

You don’t buy much of anything at the first store because these women might be on commission, so they might not be telling you the truth. But go to another men’s clothing store and find another cute sales girl and ask her the same exact thing.  Do this all day long until you find the clothes that are in your budget that you like.

Make a list. Take pictures of what you like, so that way you know when to go back and what store to go back to and where to buy it.  Not only is it a great way to come up with a new look—which is going to be great for meeting women—but you’ll actually meet women while you shop.

Women love when you do this.  I do this all the time in my boot camps with the guys.  I always take them out and always get them to become the fashion victim. Women love doing make overs.  You can flirt and talk to them and hang out with them.  It’s a great way to practice your flirting skills.  It’s a great way to practice to approach skills, and it’s a great way to find a new wardrobe, so you’re killing two birds with one stone.

So, in essence, the man makes the man; but, the clothes make the woman notice the man.

You know, I’ve gone into many people’s homes, and immediately I can figure out who they are and how they care about themselves. If I go into their bathroom and it’s absolutely disgusting, I think to myself, this person could care less about hygiene. They probably don’t brush their teeth and probably wear the same underwear three days in a row.

I go in their kitchen and I see nothing in the refrigerator, and I think to myself: they must really like to starve themselves. If I go into their bedroom and their bed is unmade, I think now that’s cool, they must think to themselves every morning, “Why the hell make a bed?” I’ve never understood that point, where you don’t make the bed because “you’re just getting in it to unmake it again anyway.” Right.

Dating And Clean Homes

You get the point. Your home says so many things about you, especially if you’re dating. Your furniture will say a lot about who you are. The way you decorate will say a lot about who you are. If you have pictures on the wall it will say a lot about who you are.

Look around your house as you read this blog, and if you’re reading this blog at work, look around your desk. Does the condition of your desk actually describe who you are as a person? Look around your house tonight when you go home, and take a look at it, and ask yourself, if I came into this home, would I feel homey? Does it give off the character — does it give off who I am? Is it warm? Is it fuzzy? Is it new? Is it modern? Is it hip? Is it cool?

So many people don’t spend enough time on their house. I think it’s time you really started figuring it out because when someone comes over to your house for the very first time, you want them to have a certain feeling about you. What’s that feeling that you get about your house when you go in there?

I smelled something that almost smelled like the duty free shop at JFK. It stunk!

I wasn’t sure what it was. Was it hand lotion? Perfume? Cologne?

Then out of the corner of my eye, I saw the source of this awful smell. Four guys attached at the hip were walking through the bar. As they got closer, and as the smell got closer, I knew I was dealing with “cologne man.”

That’s right, cologne man. Cologne man is the guy who jumps into the bottle of cologne before he goes out at night, thinking that is the way to turn people on.

I literally smelled those cologne men who were walking in the bar from forty feet away. So here’s a tip for those guys out there who like to bathe in cologne: Don’t do it!

Don’t bathe in your cologne. Dab it on.

Meet Women At Duty Free Shops

For those of you who think a fragrance smells really good, being subtle is always better than being overwhelming. How do you know your fragrance is overwhelming?

Smell you phone. If your phone stinks like cologne, then you’re putting too much on.

Go in your car and smell. If you car stinks, then you’re putting on too much cologne.

Smell the jacket you go out in at night. Does it smell like the duty-free shop at JFK? If so, then you’re putting on too much cologne.

Nobody wants to hang with somebody who has bathed in cologne. This goes not just for men, but for women too.

If you are a woman who bathes yourself in perfume, a man is not going to be intrigued by that. He is going to think he’s hanging out with his grandmother.

When it comes to fragrance, less is always more.

“I have been listening to your podcasts and I wanted to bring up something that has hurt my dating life for years. I was raised by a overprotective mother and I was a chunky little girl as a child with very little fashion sense. I didn’t know how to talk back to people and defend myself and I was subsequently harrassed and bullied for much of my childhood up to high school. Safe to say that this took a huge toll on my self esteem and self image. Much of the problem today stems from the fact that the ones who teased me the most were the handsome jock types. While I find these men very attractive today I have the hardest time making eye contact with them. If I see a attractive man walking towards me it takes a extreme amount of will power and mental proding to look at them and attempt to smile. I know this is a defense mechanism from when I wanted to avoid the bullies attention when I was little but this has stuck with me today and it is extremely hard to stop doing it.

I am almost 27 now and in better physical shape than when I was 16, I figure skate and attend regular exercise classes but I still have a hard time thinking that I am attractive. I can still hear the bullies voices in my head sometimes and it is extremely difficult to overcome. I know I am much older and have a very thick skin because of my childhood but after awhile the behavior of looking away became so ingrained I don’t know if I will really ever get rid of it. I know body language is extremely important when trying to talk to someone you find attractive but aside from tripping and falling on the person I find attractive I am not sure how to break this habit and show that I want to talk to them. I am not sure I can manage to smile at them once let alone 3 times. Is there any advice you could give me to break this lifelong habit?

As we’re talking, I turn around and there is a guy standing there wearing a wizard hat. Here is this 30-something year old man standing there wearing a gigantic wizard hat. It’s not even close to Halloween.

I looked at the checkout girl and said, “Have you seen the wizard?” She started laughing. It’s funny when people wear outrageous, over-the-top things.

I am all about individuality. I’m all about being yourself and dressing in a unique way.

This guy, though, was in his own league of unique. He was wearing a t-shirt and a pair of sweatpants along with his wizard hat.

When you see someone being so over-the-top, it makes you wonder what they are trying to get out of dressing that way. What did this guy want from wearing that wizard hat?

Was he seeking attention, or was he someone who just loves being eccentric (and kind of a freak)? Was he someone who just likes to create a reaction in others?
I always wonder these things when I see someone like that guy in Whole Foods.

I truly believe in individuality, as you all know. I talk about this in all my products, and my coaching is all geared toward helping you become the most powerful and confident version of yourself with the opposite sex.

I think, however, that someone who goes out wearing a wizard hat is really starving for attention. I think that person is not only looking for attention, but is also looking to get a rise out of people.

I mean, it’s really not a natural look. You don’t want to look like Harry Potter when you’re 30 years old. You don’t want to wear a wizard hat or walk around holding a broomstick at age 30.

So for all of you who feel the need to dress in outrageous things just to get attention, you need to realize that you can actually get attention in other ways. You can get attention based on what’s inside you — allowing what’s inside you come out and by expressing yourself.

It’s a beautiful thing to express yourself. Saying what you want. Being able to express what you feel. Being true to yourself and who you are as a person.

Those things will get you lots of attention. Trust me, you don’t need a wizard hat to get attention. You just need to allow yourself to be free, and realize what a great person you are deep inside.

What you’re about to watch is a woman who’s very cute on her own, but goes through Photoshop and the end result you see is what turns men into crazed perfection seeking horn dogs and women into insecure fearful human beings.

Most Men believe that they should be dating the type of women that they see in this type of video. Even men in bad shape only see themselves dating the hot sexy toned women. Their version of perfection is based on the air brushed women they see on tv and in magazines.

And lets not mention a mans view about sex is based on crazy porno sex. Sex that really does not exist nor turn on the average woman.

Women, on the other hand, feel really pressured to look great, because they are always looking at themselves under a microscope.

Women are super critical of themselves more than any man could ever be.

Check this out it shows you the distortions of the way things are and the way people think things should be.
