I get asked this question so many times: Is it better to run with a wing?
Every time someone asks me this, all I can picture is this giant chicken wing dripping with buffalo sauce running around next to them. I picture them constantly having to clean off their shoes from all the buffalo sauce that is dripping off their wing.

The other day I was heading into my favorite Indian place, Akbar on Washington. I’m walking slowly, just enjoying the night. I’d just finished getting a massage.

As I am approaching the entrance, there is a guy standing there holding one of the doors open (and blocking the entrance) as he is talking to friends of his who just drove up (thus making him face in my direction).
So here I am, clearly walking toward the door to the restaurant, and I know he sees me, but yet he still just stands there blocking the doorway and doesn’t move. I look at him and I say, “Excuse me.” He looked up like he didn’t realize there was actually anyone near him.

Life is just such a funny perception. I was sitting at home the other night watching some show on restoring a 65 Chevy Chevelle. It was kind of cool actually.
Then a commercial came on. You know, with late night television you really don’t have a lot of great choices unless you’ve recorded something. If you start recording a lot of stuff late at night, you really are a television addict.

I have spent today on the couch resting my balky back. For some reason my back has decided to go on lockdown!
I am not someone who enjoys being forced to rest and do nothing all day.

Today I am with a great group of guys who came in this weekend for my LA bootcamp.
And do you know what always happens the first night of bootcamp……

I am sure by now the texts and the emails are coming in.
Everyone is trying to figure out what the best course of action is tonight!

As all of you know life is all about observations, and the better you get at observing the world around you, the better you will become at opening conversations and connecting with people.
