I am lucky because I am present enough, aware enough, prepared enough to notice, recognize and take advantage of all the opportunities life sends my way every day. If you really pay attention, a lot of things that can lead to very positive outcomes happen to you every day, but do you see them? More importantly, do you act on them? You find luck. That $20 bill you found on the floor? That was you finding luck. I'm sure hundreds of people walked by and didn't even notice. But you did. So yeah, luck was involved but you found it. In the end, it's all about taking advantage of the opportunities that come by. I have been very fortunate to take advantage of every opportunity that comes by nowadays because you never know which one is going to lead you to your greatest success. Ok, I need to pack for NYC...another "lucky" opportunity for me :) Luck doesn’t find you. You find luck. That $20 bill you found on the floor? That was you finding luck. Luck is a figment of your imagination. Good luck comes to the prepared, or another way to look at it is luck is the intersection of opportunity and action.
